How come 4 kids decide to show the beauty and the beach episode in 2000 and not 1998 if they could of take out the breast scene in 1998?
 
Because back then it was easier for them to simply skip the episode than waste time editing it.
 
Maybe it took them time to figure out how to edit it and still have the ep make sense. Which I think they did. Although I wonder if WB would have let them get away with showing James just *wearing* them. I know they couldn't show the part where he fondles them, the FCC never would have allowed that. But say, the part where it shows J&J backstage looking mad--could they have shown that?
 
Well, while they use James crossdressing a lot, I'm guessing putting him in a bikini was a bit too much in the FCC laws. I don't understand it either, honestly. I've yet to see the episode *grumbles* because it's so hard to come by, but I do think it's a bit of a waste to take out all of the James-bikini scenes.
