Pokemon Fire Red Greatest Hits & Pokemon Emerald

I just recently bought Game Boy Advance and i wanted to get Pokemon Yellow for it but since i can no where seem to find it in any microplay or ebgames or anything i was either going to get Fire Red or Emerald and i was just wondering which one is better... By the looks of fire Red it looks like Red version but better graphics and havn't looked at Emerald yet and i thought maybe some of you people could tell me which one is better... The reason why i wanted Yellow is because i have the seasons of the show and i wanted to follow along with the stuff that happens in the show thats why i wanted to get Yellow verison for my GBA

Fire Red and Leaf Green are Gen III remakes of Red and Blue.

Emerald is the third game after Ruby and Sapphire. They're both different games.

Your best bet would be to get Fire Red if you want something close to Yellow.

Yellow and the anime have few things in common.

Anyways, get Emerald, because you can clone, and your range of Pokémon is wider.

The games and anime aren't even the same canon, you can't follow the events of the anime anyway.

And Yellow was released in 1999. If you didn't get it then, good luck finding a new one now. Get with the times, man, we've already passed through three regions since Kanto.

Well Emerald has cloning, more Pokemon, more story.

Fire Red has the nostalgia, its just fun going back to the old region again.

Why not get both? Together they would cost about the same as a new Ps2 (or similar) game. Good deal
