Pokemon For Rent?

In the Pokemon world, do you think there would be places that rent out Pokemon?

For example, you are a construction worker and have a really huge job coming up so need more help. You could rent a few Machamp and Rhydon to help get the job done faster. Or one of your Pokemon is injured and you got an important battle coming up, you could rent one to fill in during your battle. Obviously you would have to have the right amount of experience/badges for the Pokemon to listen to you.

Does this seem like something that would work?

Well I know they have rental Pokemon in some of the games, like the Battle Factory in the Battle Frontier. But I could see some jobs that could have rental Pokemon like for construction, lifeguards, police force, postal services, paramedic jobs, firefighters, and maybe even the military.
