im looking for a shrine activating celebi
willing to trade a event jirachi tht noes draco meteor
 
I can get you one but hacked and yes It does activate the event I already own jirachi what else do you have, Deoxys maybe?
 
Just for your information, all the Giovanni event triggering celebis are hacked.
