Well, for me at least, I went to not one but 3 "participating Wal-Marts and NONE of them had the Promo-card nor were giving demos. I feel ripped off considering I had to drive a distance to get to get to them....
 
Don't blame Pokemon Company, you should of like checked before you went.

My Wal Mart didn't either, my town is Anti-Pokemon!

I do blame them, if the Pokemon OP-TCG website says these Wal-marts are participating and come to find out that NONE of these Wal-marts had a clue what was going on. Then it's Pokemon USA or whoever was in charge of this things fault. Don't promise something then have it not happed.
 
I'm pretty sure it's WalMarts fault, as I doubt Pokemon USA goes to each. WalMart probably said they were, but didn't.

As Big Al can tell you, Wal-Mart is evil.

Your probably right about it being Wal-mart's fault. This is the first promotional/exclusive ANYTHING I've heard happening there. Though they said they'd have demos, and I'd think they'd send people out that actually know how to play the game.

Though PUSA should have beaten the Walmarts into submission....

WalMart was having a Pokemon TCG event, and I didn't even know about it?

This sucks. I can't believe I missed it (and there probably would've been people at this WalMart too, cause a lot of people around here play the TCG). :-(

I love promo cards (I'm trying to collect all of them)!! And the worst part is that I'll never be able to get that card now!!!!

Although, I still would've liked to have attended that thing, so I could've possibly met some more Pokemon fans in my area.

Oh well. Maybe they'll have another event thing soon......

I'm probably the next closest then Habunake :rolleyes:

I would have went, but there wasn't a single walmart in my area doing the event.
I would have had to go up to northern parts of Maryland, which is pretty darn
far for some small pre-release event.
 
Why did no one at my League know of this?

...Eh, I hate Wal Mart anyway, and Pokemon USA frequently denies the existence of Indianapolis unless there's a convention...
 
The Website said they were handing out Promo cards and Activity books...
Unless they were lying....
