THIS IS NOT AN A ANNOUNCEMENT JUST AN IDEA
I am kinda new to this forum and have been watching. the main reason I decided to make an account (because I am not really a post on forum sort of person) is to pitch the idea of a VR pokémon (VR meaning virtual reality.) With the idea of oculus rift and such devices true VR is only around 10 years away maybe closer and I mean true sword art online levels of VR (well not as filled with death but you get the picture.)
So with that in mind picture this, YOU can go on a pokémon adventure of your own, it would be a massive immersive world with the memorable places from the anime, the manga and the games that you can walk through and discover. The idea of a pokémon MMO had always fascinated me, so if this game was just that as well, every where you look real people running everything, the pokémon centres. the gyms with little to no need for NPCs (maybe just to fill towns up abit.)
This idea has been in my head for a long time, heck ever since the oculus rift was announced this was all I thought about, just being able to jump into the world of pokémon and go on an adventure.
The reason I bring this up, apart from get you worked up for such an idea, is to put forth that Nintendo might not make something like this. It could be too expensive for them to handle or they would not want a pokémon game on something they did not make. So I feel that when the time is right (as little as it might do because I feel like Nintendo is not one of the companies that would do something like this) we send in a letter to Nintendo (or similar) signed from everyone that would want this to happen, how we get all out signatures on it I do not know but hell I would give allot of my own money just to see this done ( it ain't allot but that is how much I would want this done.)
So please keep this idea in mind and when the tech is announced that can support this idea, that is when we should ask.
But if you think it is stupid or anything like that ( or even a great idea!) please tell me why and if you have any questions about what I mean don't hesitate to ask, thanks for reading my first post!
