There was talk of recreating it.

Can we PLEASE get that? Right now World has been taken over by a flurry of threads that have nothing to do with its stated goal (discussing the pokémon world as a world), threads like "what new types combinations do you want"? (Should be in Games or Generals), "new pokémnon announced" "Which is your favorite pokémon/characters/type?) and so forth.

It gets annoying to see "Oh, there's a new post in world!" and then realize that it's on a thread that has nothing to do with what World's supposed to be about.
 
That was certainly the impression I got from all those discussions on the issue.
