Pokemon Gyms, Elete Four and other stuff?

I am not sure if this is the right area for this. I apologize in advance if it is.

So I had an idea. Who here is interested in forming a gigantic group to make battling so much funner amongst ourselves? Where we have Gym Leaders and Elite Four and Trainers and such. Where we literally battle each other with teams?

Just suggestions:
1) GYMs would have rules on how many Pokemon you can use in the battle against the leader and or trainers that assist the Leader in a particular GYM.
2) Elete Four would have their own rules and regulations and numbers of Pokemon able to be used and not used.
3) All Pokemon go through rigorus tests and checks by people before allowing them to be used in any battles to make sure they aren't hacked.
4) GYM badges, title and progress could be posted in profiles on here? No one allowed to lie and cheat about their progress and or titles?

If you're interested lets chat about it. Also post your ideas and lets see if we can get this going?

This is totally the proper place for this and I appreciate your enthusiasm.

We've had something like this set up called the Bulbagarden Battle League, though at the moment we are on a break. We usually open it up for a certain amount of time, termed a "season", so that challengers can battle us again once they've completed it.
