Um....which HGSS manga?
There will probably be several, I'm assuming you meant Special since you're using "Gold" and "Crys", which is the only ongoing manga using both of those names. Golden Boys finished up a long time ago, his name was only Gold in the Chuang Yi version of Pocket Monsters (I'm not so sure about this), Crys never showed up in said manga (and I don't think Kotone will either nor Hibiki unless they pull a Blue.)
Answering your topic; it'll probably revolve around Arceus as well as Team Rocket and maybe the Kimono Girls.
And it will probably have connections to the DP and Platinum arcs..

Um, what is the topic?
What the plot is going to be for the HG/SS section of the Special manga, I guess.
I haven't played HG/SS yet, but from what I understand, there aren't really any hugely significant changes in the story from the original games. It's not like in FR/LG, where they introduced that new region. (Sevii Islands.) Most likely, they'll simply use one of the Movie12 events or something as a basis. Like the Shinto Ruins, or the Spikey-Eared Pichu event. Kotone will probably just be Kris in new clothes ala Blue/Leaf.
