Pokémon Holiday Blessings merch collection coming soon to Pokémon Centers in Japan

Following the Western Pokémon Centers’ recent holiday merch drop, The Pokémon Company is debuting this year’s holiday collection for Japan. “Pokémon Holiday Blessings” features plushes, cozy apparel, decor, and other home goods in a pastel Christmassy theme. The new collection will be available at Pokémon Centers across Japan beginning October 25th, and at the Pokémon Center Online beginning October 23rd.

The collection begins with three plushes holding Christmas accessories; Gardevoir with a poinsettia will retail for ¥4,400 ($29.25 USD), Pikachu with a Charjabug-shaped gift will be ¥4,620 ($30.71 USD), and Sylveon with a gingerbread cookie will be ¥4,180 ($27.79 USD). Togetic, Pachirisu, and a Goomy made of snow feature as plush keychains for ¥1,870 ($12.43 USD) while plush keychains of Whimsicott and Rowlet are ¥1,980 ($13.16 USD). Charjabug features as a plush gift box for ¥2,860 ($19.01 USD).

For apparel, a Christmas sweater featuring Sudowoodo and Diglett will be available in adult sizes for ¥7,480 ($49.73 USD), and a snow-Goomy hoodie with antennae will be ¥7,150 ($47.53 USD). A Swirlix knit hat will retail for ¥3,300 ($21.94 USD), Tandemaus mittens will be ¥2,640 ($17.55 USD), and three different embroidered patches will be ¥660 ($4.39 USD) each.

There are plenty of Christmas decorations included in this drop, like the gift tree tapestry for ¥2,640 ($17.55 USD), designed to hang small ornaments on. Eight different acrylic ornaments will be available in blind bags for ¥715 ($4.75 USD) each. A Torterra snow globe containing Turtwig under a decorated tree will retail for ¥5,500 ($36.56 USD), and string lights featuring all the different colors of Minior will be ¥4,400 ($29.25 USD). A mug set that comes with a snow-Goomy lid and a gingerbread cookie-shaped spoon will be available for ¥3,960 ($26.33 USD).

Some souvenir-style items in this collection include an advent calendar filled with hard candies for ¥4,400 ($29.25 USD), a Pikachu stocking filled with scones for ¥1,760 ($11.70 USD), and a 3D holiday card for ¥990 ($6.58 USD). Other items like stationery and gift-wrapping supplies will also be available, although there are no picture previews.

The plushes and plush keychains from Pokémon Holiday Blessings will be available via Amazon Japan in limited quantities beginning November 1st, with preorders opening October 25th.
