It's back, asking the question, "What's the strangest place you've spotted anything pokemon related?"

I couldn't find the old thread so I'm bringing it back from the ashes and I have
something great to start it out with. A week ago while browsing the newspaper,
one of the ad inserts caught my eye.

Apparently Perdue is doing a Pokemon CD promotion with their chicken. Who knew.
 
Ehhh... this japanese site blog discussing hot girls. o_0; Weird aye?
 
Are you saying the blog site was exclusive to pokemon... yet talking about hot girls?
Eh, I'm just a little confused is all.
 
One time a couple years ago, a family who is friends with our family had a bunch of people over for a get-together/barbecue thingy, and they had some CDs playing...suddenly, what should I hear coming from their stereo but the theme song to the first dub season of the Pokemon anime! Now, as far as I knew (and I knew this family fairly well) they/their daughters were NOT Pokemon fans, and I just never would've made the connection between these people and Pokemon before. So I have no idea how they would've gotten a hold of that song. And they never reacted when that song came on (if they even noticed), although I had the impression from some of the other guests' body language that they were a bit surprised at what they were hearing. I should've asked them about it, but I couldn't think of a right way to say it.

edit: Oops, forgot about that other thread. Maybe someone could merge these two?
 
well this once I did find my Pokemon Ruby game in one of our trees in the backyard which was kinda weard
 
If ne1 here plays runescape (an mmorpg game) thee is a pikachu clan. These people wear goldish yellow robes, and worship pikachu. This is weird because, the game is about people killing each other with weapons
 
well, we bought a new car and I found a copy of leaf green in the ash tray...complete with ashes.
