Chapter 1 Just another boring day… (Sigh)

It’s a Saturday once the best day of the week except that I finished my last day of school and my sophomore year is done now I spend twenty-four hours in my room.

“YAWN!!!!!! I am so bored…” “Why don’t you clean your room?” “Uh because I already did. See mom.”

My mom looks around and sees that my room is completely clean except for a pile of books on the bottom bunk of my bed.

“And what about that?” “Those are just library books that are due back today.” “Do you want to renew them?” “No…sigh…”

So my mom takes them back to the library while she goes to the store to buy groceries.

“UH….SO BORED….” “ZACK!” “Coming Grandma!”

I head to the living room to see my sister Kymber holding a Wii remote and our dog Titan lying on his pillow bed and Grandma turning the sound down on the TV.

“Yes Grandma?” “Will you set up the Wii for your sister? I’m going to go to my room and take a nap.” “Sure thing I wasn’t doing anything anyway.”

So I set the Wii up for Kymber then head back to my room and play my Pokémon Platinum version. Later after dinner just as I’m about to go to bed…

“Zack!” “Coming mom!” “Tomorrow we are going to go to the Parkland Park. You can call to see if your friends Ray or Wes would like to come.” “Cool! Thanks mom!”

I call my friends but Wes has his Job shadowing and Ray is too busy with his chores cleaning up the house moving things so they can’t come. With that I just go to sleep.

Chapter 2 The fateful encounter.

The next morning I wake up with the funny feeling that someone is watching me but I try to ignore it as I eat breakfast but it feels like it is getting stronger.

“Hey do you feel like you’re being watched?” “No.” “Ok…”

After breakfast we pack a lunch which I pack into my large bag that I’m bringing but it will roll around in there since the bag is big enough to hold small cardboard boxes. Later we arrive at the park.

“Hey I’m going to explore the woods ok?” “Ok Zack but be back by 3 o’clock for lunch.” “Ok mom.”

I walk into the woods and the feeling of being watched gets stronger and stronger until I am in the middle of the of it in the thickest part where no sounds can travel all the way out in still be understandable.

(CRACK!) “What! Who’s there!?!”

I grab a long stick and ready it like a sword because I played to many videogames that I don’t think my actions through I just act. The suddenly a figure dashes at me and I swing the stick at fast and hard as I can but it just stops mid swing then a voice shouts in my head…

“That is of no use against me.” “WHO ARE YOU!?!” “I am MEWTWO!” “WHOA but that can’t be you can’t be real you are made up…” “I have been watching you and I see you as worthy.” “Worthy? Worthy of what?”

For the next couple of seconds there is an awkward silence then as I’m about to question Mewtwo some more he just disappears… leaving behind something that I recognize.

My main red flag is your hero's encounter with Mewtwo--while you have every right to use him in your story, how you have used him here begs the question--why did Mewtwo suddenly decide to "choose" your hero without any consequence?

use a new line for when the dialouge changes. it helps people read it better.

EX: Paul said "I'm going to the park!"
"Be back by six for dinner!" replyed his mom
"I will." Paul said, in a hurry.

Chapter 3 Vulpix and Eevee

“Wait what did you mean?”

I shout this out but it was too late he has already left me alone well not really I look down at where he was last at and see two familiar pokemon a sleeping Eevee and Vulpix.

“OH! HOW CUTE!” “VULLLLLL.” “EEEEEEE.”

They wake up and stretches then they see me just staring at them then they tackle me knocking me on to my back and then they just start to lick me as if I was a giant sucker which tickles incredibly.

“HAHAHAHAHAEY! QUHAHAHAHAHAHAIT HAHAHAIT THAHAHAHAHAHAT TIHAHAHAHACKHAHAHALES!”

They stop as if they could understand me so I get an idea that I hope will make communication a bit easier.

“Ok if you can understand me then… Raise your front left paw.”

They do. Then I try another question…

“Ok now shake your head if you’re a boy… Or wag your tail for girl…”

They both wag their tails happily.

“Ok. You two are the cutest Pokémon that I have ever seen… (In the real world.)…” “VULPIX!” “EEVEE!”

They jump on me again knocking me down so they can like my face with their tails just waging.

“Ok stop!”

They do and I think of what to do next…

Chapter 4 Naming and hiding a secret.

“Hey I’m going to say some names and you just uh… Speak when you hear a good one. Ok?” “Vulpix.” “Eevee.”

I start to think of names for the Vulpix who is waiting patiently.

“Val…Vul…V…Fire…Flare…” “VULPIX!” “Ok Flare it is. Now for Eevee…”

As soon as the Eevee hears that she starts to wag her tail like it was on fire just going back and forth she might as well start floating into the air with how fast she is waging her tail.

“Ok…Eva…Eve…” “EEV!” “Ok that was quick. So it’s Eve and Flare.”

They tackle me back down to the ground and start to lick me until my cell phone goes off scaring them both.

{PHANTASM PHEONIX! WHOHAWHOHAOH! CODE DTD! GEYAHGEYAH! ASCHEN PUNCH! ASCHEN KICK! GEYAH!} “Hello?” “Zack mom says we need to go home now it looks like rain.” “Ok I’m coming.”

I try something in hopes that I can get them home without anyone else seeing them.

“Can you two get into my bag?”

They look at me like I’m crazy then with a pair of smiles they jump right into my bag and still perfectly still. Later when we get home my mom and grandma goes to bed while Kymber goes up stairs to watch TV.

Chapter 5 Welcome to your new home Flare and Eve.

Once I have made sure that everyone is fast asleep I let Flare and Eve out but they had fallen asleep so I very carefully take them out so they don’t wake up. Once they are out I turn on my TV so no one gets suspicious of how quiet I’m being. Then I slowly shake Flare and Eve till they wake up.

“Flare…Eve…time to get up...you are at your new home…my home…” “Vul…” “Eee…”

They wake up with a yawn and stretch then I hear their bellies rumble so I ask them…

“You two hungry?” “Vulpix.” “Eevee.” “Are you two thirsty? Wait wag your tail once for hungry, twice for thirsty, or three times for both.”

They wag their tails three times and lucky for me when we got Titan I bought a book called “Raising your pet” which covers how to raise a new pet.

“Ok wait here I’ll be back with some water and a pair of dishes that you can eat and drink from.”

So I sneak into the kitchen to get some small dishes but when I set on one of Titans squeaky toy I completely freeze in shock just to remember that he broke the squeaker in it.

“Whew to close… whoops got to stay quiet…”

I continue on till I reach the kitchen and the only sounds I can hear is the refrigerator making its low buzz like humming sound.

Chapter 6 Feeding and play time.
Finally having reached the kitchen and not having woken anyone up so then I start to grab some things.

“Ok I’ll need these two dishes to put their food into and these two for their water oh and these two bottles of water what else… and I guess I’ll take this pet brush so I can give them a nice little brushing…”

I take the things back to my room not making any sounds except for the small squeaking of the loose floor boards and the loud creek that happen in some of the spaces that only can be heard when you go over them slowly.

“Ok made it now to close the door… ok now feeding time.” “Vulpix!” “Eevee!”

I place the dishes down and file one with the blueberries I picked and the other I fill with water from the two water bottles that I had grabbed. I watch as they heart fully eat up the food then they notice the brush and Eve just starts to wag her tail like it was on fire but Flare she just climbs into my lap and I start to brush her fur and she lets out a sound like a low purring noise which was so cute. Then Flare gets off and Eve climbs on to my lap but as soon as the brush touches her and I give it a stroke she starts to wiggle as much as her tail.

“Ticklish ay? Then how about this! Coochie Choochie Coo!” “EEEEEEEEEEEE!” “HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”

I tickle Eve so much that I notice that she is having trouble breathing so I stop tickling her. Then I grab a ball and take them outside into the backyard which I had just mowed yesterday.

“Ok wag your tail once if you want to play with this ball or twice for something else…”

Eve wags her tail like it’s on fire so I take it as a yes but Flare calmly wags twice so I think of something else and I get a great idea!

“Ok wait here I have another idea.”

So I run back inside which makes Eve want to follow me then Flare starts to follow just as Eve is about to enter the doorway I come running back when I see Eve I jump over her and she ducks. As I zoom over Eve I notice that I’m going to land on Flare so I lift my legs up higher just as I’m get to Flare but by lifting my legs higher I throw myself off and I go rolling across the cement, then through the grass, and finally crashing into the back fence.

“Ok ouch………”

Chapter 7 Surprise!

I pass out then wake back upside down with Eve and Flare licking me obviously worried about me.

“Hey I’m ok… (Actually I sprained my ankle… but I don’t want them to worry about me…) Now here look at this.”

I struggle to walk back in a way that makes it so I look like my ankle is ok but when I reach the cement I sit down to rest my ankle and I put down my remote controlled car. Eve and Flare then go over to it and start to sniff the front of it.

“This should be good…”

I back the car up a little it’s light quickly go on then turn off as it back ups and they back away in surprise. I give a chuckle as they approach it again but this time more cautiously but once they get close enough I slowly push forward on the controller and the lights turn on then they get closer at a slower speed then when they are right in front of it I give a mischievous little grin and I slam forward on the control and the wheels turns so fast that they screech in place then it zooms forward at them and Eve jumps to the left and with a happy grin chases after while Flare who had jumped to the right was busy shaking off the dirt in her fur as Eve ran after the car. Once I run after the car and Eve, Flare decides to chase after it as well only because she is curious about it.

“HAHAHAHA! CATCH IT IF YOU CAN!” “Vulpix.” “Eevee!”

As it zooms around the corner Eve and Flare follow close behind not giving it the slightest chance of escaping them.

Alright. You need to really sort out making slightly longer paragraphs and using much more narrative. When a character is shouts, can I recommend using the bold coding rather than capitalizing the whole sentence?

Also when a new character is speaking, the diaologue should go on another line.

BAD EXAMPLE:
"Hello, how are you today?" "Nice to see you, I am doing well" "Good to hear"

GOOD EXAMPLE:
"Hello, how are you doing today?" I asked.
"Nice to see you, I am doing well" my friend replied.
"Good to hear" I smiled.

Also more often please saying who is saying what they're saying, like this:

"Good morning" my Mum said.

Rather than just putting

"Good morning"

Just some critics.

Chapter 8 Tag your it! Then preparing for nap time.

We run all the way to the front yard and I stop the car so they will slowly approach it again and also give me a breather. As they draw closer to it slowly I push forward until the lights turn on and then they approach it even slower until they are standing right in front of it. Then Eve lifts a paw and touches.

“Looks like you caught it Eve…”
“Eevee!”

Then I start it up again with a little plan going through my mind to keep this up until they collapse from exhaustion.

“Oh it looks like it wants to catch you now you had better run before it catches you now.”
“Vul Pix!”
“Eevee!”
“Here it comes!”
(SCREECHING TIRES.)

It is off like a gunshot. Flare and Eve dash off like they had just been shot out of a cannon. They zoom around to the back and I hurry after them so the car does not suddenly stop. We reach the back and Flare trips seeing it as the perfect opportunity I slow the car down and gently bump Flare.

“Vul?”
“Gotcha! Now your it Flare!”
“Eevee!”
“Come and get us if you can!”
“VULPIX!”

I quickly turn my car around as Flare nearly touches it then I zoom off followed by Eve with Flare close behind her we keep going from the front yard to the back then repeat until eventually Flare catches and pounces on top of Eve.

“Whoa looks like your it now Eve.”
“VUL PIX!”
“Ee?”
“Now it’s your turn to catch us so here we go again.”
“Vulpix!”
“Eevee!”
“HAHAHAHAHA!”

So we start up again but this is shortly ended when the batteries in my car give out. They quickly realize that the car cannot play any longer so Eve turns around and runs at me.
“Oh no!”
“EEEEE!”
“VUL!”
“Hey no fair!”

Eve jumped on me knocking me down and by the silly little look on her face I know that she caught me.

“Ok I’m it!”
“EEVEE!”
“VULPIX!”

So I chase them around until they start to slow down to the point that they cannot run any longer so I pick them up and take them back to my room where I take my beanbag chair and make a little bed for them.

Chapter 9 The first night with Pokémon.

I grab my beanbag chair and start to mess with it until it goes down in the middle while the sides rise up making little wall like barriers. Then I grab a blanket off of my bed then fold it up till it is like a cushion which I then place on the bottom of the beanbag chair so it is nice and soft.

“OK you two hop in.”
“Vul.”
“Eev.”

They both let out a little a yawn then they hop in as I hear a rustling which means my grandma is waking up so I push it below the little pool table I have in my room then I let out a little sigh.

“Whee… That was to close…”
“Zack get ready I’m going to start cooking dinner soon.”
“OK grandma.”

Then I turn my TV down so it is nice and quiet in my room as I start to scratch Flare behind ear after about ten minutes of this her eyes start to get heavy and slowly close but I still scratch behind her ear until she has fallen asleep.

“Oh she is so cute…”
“Eeeeee?”
“Oh do not worry Eve your next…”

So I begin to scratch Eve behind her ear but as I do this she rubs her head against my hand which is so cute then suddenly…

“ZACK DINNER TIME!”
“OK I’M COMING!”

I stop scratching Eve behind her ear, but as soon as I stop, Eve gives me the saddest pair of puppy dog eyes that I have ever seen, so I start to scratch her some more. Just as she falls asleep and I stop, she wakes up does the eyes with some tears included.

“ZACK COME EAT!”
“Eve I need to go.”
“Eevee…”
“O…k… Wait I have an idea!”

I grab my little Pikachu plush that I sleep with at night and place it next to Eve who falls fast asleep nearly instantly then I run to the kitchen to eat dinner.

“Zack what took you so long?”
“Oh…uh…I…… I was looking for my Pikachu plush because our dog Titan must have got in my room and he thinks it is toy… but it turned out that it was under my pillow.”
“OK…”

I let out a silent sigh as I eat the pancakes that were made for dinner tonight. After dinner, since it is Sunday, I sit down to watch Americas Funniest Home Videos with my family. Then at seven-thirty I take my medicine and head back to my room to get ready for bed. When I get back to my room I see Flare and Eve are still fast asleep.

“Oh they are still asleep… I really wanted to tell them that we are going back to the park tomorrow… oh well…”

I climb into my bed by nine o’clock, turn off my TV, say good night to my grandma since her room is right across the hall, then my eyelids become heavy and slowly close shut…

“Hehehehe… Hey that tickles… YAWN!”

I open my eyes to see Eves tail swiping against my nose.

“ACHOO! I guess you want to sleep with me?”

She answers with a sweet little lick on my nose so I unfold my pillow placing my head on the right side while she curls up on the left. Then Flare jumps up and curls up on my chest then gives a cute little yawn.

“OK good night you two…”

Chapter 10 Mewtwo returns with a gift for the First (Part 1) Pokémon Trainer with troubling news.
The next morning I wake up and see that both Eve and Flare are gone so I start freak out but as soon as I get out of bed and place my legs on the ground Eve runs out from under the bed so she can jump up into my lap.

“WHA! Eve don’t do that!”
“Eeeeee.”
“Ok… I forgive you now where is Flare… AH!”
“VUL!”
{THUD!}

Eve jumped off my lap onto the bed as I got up but once I did Flare jumped off the top bunk of my bunk bed right into my chest which knocked me down in shock. Once I am standing up Flare just starts to lick my face until I pull her off.

“Ok someone sure is being playful today.”
“Vulpix!”

She seems to be as excited as Eve gets her tail is even wagging like a flag on a windy day. Just before I can ask her why she is so excited she takes at deep breath and exhales which causes little flames to come out of her mouth but since she was near my face she singed my nose a little.

“Oh…oo… Hot! But cool that means you can use ember.”
“Vul!”

Seeing how Flare can use ember now I start to wonder if Eve can do a new move but before I could find out I remember that today we are going back to the park in about one hour so I start to pack my bag which is only my bag, Eve, and Flare. Later at the park I go off alone into the woods like last time until I reach the center of the woods.

“Ok you two can come out now.”
“Eevee.”
“Vulpix.”

They quickly dash out and run off so I guess they want to play some Hide and Seek so I close my eyes and start to count back from twenty-five.

“25…24….........10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1…Here I come!”
