Okay, with my sudden want to play Pheonix Wright, I came up with this idea.

The story
Crime rate has been going up in certain places in the pokemon world. Humans seem to be more of a myth than real. The pokemon talk to eachother merrily, not knowing that other pokemon are not being nice at all, and plan to hurt others. That is why a new court house of pokemon has been opened. You are a new lawyer, and try to stop these crimes in a courtroom discussion.

RULES
1.) You will have a special ability, but DO NOT OVERUSE IT! In other words, say you're a roilou. Another pokemon is giving his testimony, and you object, reading the pokemon's complete mind and automatically winning the case. NO.

2.) Please do not spam "Hold it!"s or "Objection!"s unless you are actually on to something. If you do it just get to talk earlier, no. You use it to say something against the exact thing the other person said. To use "Hold it!"s, you listen to the fragments of the person's testimony, and separate the part, followed by a "HOLD IT!" For example,
Testimony pokemon: "I was sitting in the room-"
You: "Was / sitting" "HOLD IT! You said earlier that you weren't sitting, but standing!"

3.) I am playing the judge, and what the judge says, goes. No acceptions.

4.) Please keep away from fights, though I will not stop them from happening, though the judge might try if the fight is in the courtroom.

5.) If you REALLY think the judge is being unfair, say so! I will write these tings down, so whatever you say, is going by the paper that I already have written.

6.) Please remember if you are AGAINST or WITH the defendant.

7.) If you end up being the defendant, please do not object to things saying that you have this and this reason to not be sentenced, as that gets a bit annoying.

8. Do not control the defendant unless you are the defendant. Same for Judge and Jury.

9.) If you want to be a Co, add it to your sign up. Also, I will only allow five are allowed to be in the RP, as we will probably not be ding multiple cases at one time.

10.) Remember your grammar and spelling. Please.

11.) Enjoy it. It's not a real court! That's what the RP is for!

Personality:
Windy is a nice guy most of the time, but acts silent and strong in the courtroom ,though he actually is nervous. When his nervousness kicks in, his voice goes into uncontrollable volumes, or he can't even talk. He seems to like to talk more than listen, but tries his best to be the opposite in the courtroom.
Bio:
Windy went for mainly a life of crime as a child. He often broke into stores, and got away with it, but one day, he got caught, and had to go to court. He got sent to jail, and realised that he should be with the law instead. He was still a new lawyer, but was given a slightly higher position. He had three cases, two of which he won.
Special ability: Has a small amout of experience with cases, and has very keen eyes.

in my life i was addicted to crime i loved the rush.Till one day i got caught thefting a jewlery store.I was slow to listen to the cops i hated every word they said.Till one day a older charizard named Jolene she found a soft spot in my heart and to this day we are lovers and married.I still feel that rush sometimes i still feel the urge but i have it in my control now and ill use it and harness it to put the villian away our save an inoccent mans life.

EDIT: sorry, I didn't notice that you didn't say you were experienced. So that's how he acts once he will be in the courtroom.

IF YOU ARE NO GOOD AT SPELLING OR GRAMMAR, WORK ON IT! DONT IGNORE IT!

As for the rest of the character, is the wife really nessescary? In your Bio, there's more of a description of her rather than your bio. All it says about you is that you used to love to steal, and stopped becaus you met her...More explanation of her....etc. etc. etc. Add more to the bio about you, and promise to work hard on your spelling and grammar, and you'll be okay.

Personality: Silas Auburn's will never hesitate to stay up late nights and work long days in order to secure his case, and he often won't hesitate to using any method he can. He's strong and loud in the courtroom, and he is very serious, keeping in mind even the slightest details. However, outside of the courtroom, he likes to make friends and is very friendly, though most people think he's "scary" with their first look at him. He likes to unwind after his cases, celebrating with parties or shaking off losses at a club, but he hasn't lost very many cases, especially now that he's gotten more experience.
Bio:
As a Duskull, Silas saw the destruction and carnage of the alarming crime rate in the cities, and he devoted his life to doing anything he could. At first, he wanted to be a policeman, taking the thieves and murderers off the streets, but he later realized that the real justice goes on in the courts; that's what decides the fate of criminals and the innocent alike, and he wanted to be a part of it.

His first few cases did not go so well, losing four of his first five, but they only made him stronger, more resilient, and he sought to redeem himself any way he could, so he took two years off to better study the law. Now that he's returned, he strives to do anything he can to make sure justice has been served.

However, he has one fatal setback: he will refuse to defend a person he thinks is guilty, though he usually has trouble deciding that at first glance.
Special ability: An excellent memory, he can retain even the smallest details.

I will start if we get around two more people, because then we have me, a plaintff, a defendant, and the defendants lawyer.
 
Know nothing of Law but I'm a pretty good FB RP'er so I decided to try this out.

Name: Thunderfuzz, Sparky
Species: Pachirisu
Age:29
Gender: Male
Personality: Sparky, although older, is pretty new to the lawyer bussiness so he is easily frustrated when he makes a mistake, but is really good at hiding it. When Sparky decided to become a lawyer he did it for personal reasons, so whenever he recognises anybody he knows is a criminal he will do anything he can to give them the justice they deserve.
Bio:Sparky was the owner of a small shop when he was younger, and had a great bussiness running too. However when the crime rate began going up his bussiness went down. He was okaY with it as he expected it to fix on its own. His opinion changed when his store was robbed and his wife was killed, he headed towards lawschool, swearing to make every single criminal he could go to jail.
Special ability: Sparky has great hearing, and can sense even the smallest of vivrations, making him able to hear stuttering done by others.
 
Accepted, though can you possibly type in normal font size? And also, if you have played Pheonix Wright or Apollo Justice, you will understad better, though it's goint to be rather simple.

If nobody else signs up by after school (For me) tomorrow, I'll make the start up.

Got it, I just use size 1 as a force of habit.

I'll be the plaintiff if nobody signs up. If they do, I'll be watching.

Gender: Male

Personality: Cy is a skilled fighter who prefers to go his own way in life. Cy is very observant and will look carefully at things before proceeding. Cy comes off as cruel to many people because of the fact he is very quiet, but he will never fight someone he sees as lesser than himself. Cy is also a very fast talker, usually capable of getting himself out of a jam.

Cy has dabbled in law and is fairly successful because of his intelligence and knowledge of the world.

Bio:

From a young age, Cy had been trained in the arts of hand to hand (well blades for Cy) combat and stealth. He was naturally gifted, and quickly gained a reputation as one of the most reliable hit men in the criminal world.

But that all changed for Cy when he was offered a huge sum of money to knock off a young Ralts, who had seen something she shouldn't have. Cy took the job, but when he actually arrived at her house, he was unable to finish the job. Cy was forced to go on the run, and deal with numerous attempts on his life.

For the most part, Cy has been left alone by his former employers. But Cy, having no real education or training in anything else besides killing had no way to earn a living. Needing money, Cy resorted to petty theft for awhile. But soon he realized that law was the perfect outlet for his talents, and he will defend anyone.

Special Ability: He is good at reading people, and can catch the smallest details when he looks closely at something.

Age: 25
Role: Detective
Personality: Kind of two, really. One thing that makes Szayzel, well, Szayzel is her split personality disorder.

Most of the time she's pretty happy and upbeat. A strong love for investigating, she rather enjoys her job. She tends to be not too serious about it, though.

On occasion, her other personality shows a more violent and serious side. Kind of flickers between depressed and angry at everybody. Could really care less about investigating while in this 'form'

(... bear with me, here, I'm not too good at describing things for RPs. Considering that I know Szayzel's character well, I should be able to write up something, but my mind's going blank. I'm also in kind of a hurry.. but oh god, I seriously want in on this T_T If I can I'll write something more descriptive later...)

Consider yourself accepted, though you might need to wait until after the first case. My skills with this will probably increase around the 19th, imagining that that is three days after my birthday, and I plan on getting Apollo Justice.
 
Ah, alright.

...since there's a tradition between the games for having the second case onwards having an investigation day before the trial, will the RP include the investigation, or will you guys just skip to the trial? I'm cool with it either way. :eek:
 
There will be investigations, but for the first case, there'll be the trial only. I have it written down.
 
Sorry for double post, but Objectionist has edited, and I believe he has been accepted. Though, you might have to wait for the second case. The first one is already set up, but you could be in the jury, I guess. Same for Tina.
