Pokemon Japan

Can someone out there 1.)tell me where specific regions are located, 2.)make me a map of, and 3.)label the map(including cities, towns, routes and places of interest) of the following regions/islands-Kanto, Johto, Orange Archipelago, Sevii Islands, Hoenn, Orre, Tatto, Neuto, Shinou, Fiore, Lunan, Altomare and Fenorliao(if naturally possible)on one document(I also like that map to be colorful like the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and FireRed/LeafGreen Town Maps). Some regions like Tatto and Neuto I looked up on the Internet by typing up on the Browser bar "Pokemon World Map". Please help me, because I was thinking of making a "collage" map of Pokemon Japan with an index of Pokemon World locations. Just give a map in your opinion what Pokemon Japan looks like, a guess if you will as long as it looks accurate enough (not child-like drawings if possible) but professionally drawn, everything is labeled(including regions). Thank You.

Some of those aren't real regions, I hope you know.

And Alto Mare is a city, not a region.

Isn't it only actually Kanto that was a real region? Then again, I haven't looked up the newer regions and areas...

All the regions of the main RPGs are there but only Kanto shares the same name with its real-world counterparts. I think we're still guessing on Shinou for the moment.

Shinou seems to be based on Hokkaido. Kanto is, of course, modeled after Kanto. Johto looks like Chubu, which is west of Kanto. Hoenn is based on Kyushu. This leaves (roughly) four areas of Japan for anything in the future.

To anyone, please help me by drawing a map of the Pokemon World, GUESS, PEOPLE, GUESS! I do not care what it looks like as long as it comes close to Real-World Japan. Thank You. The following requirements are needed:
1.) label regions(Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sevii Islands, Orange Archipelago, Altomare, Neuto, Tatto, Orre, Shinou, Fiore, Fenorliao and Lunan.
2.) label cities/towns, routes and points of interest.
3.) Make an index of places inside towns and routes.
4.) Put all the above mentioned on one document, PLEASE! Then I will leave you alone.
5.) Make it on Microsoft Photo Editor (professionally).
