Pokemon Leaf Green Problem

Okay, i've just downloaded a Pokemon Leaf Green ROM and im playing it with Visual Boy Advanced (the latest one). Whenever i try to open the TM Case i get a blank screen and then the ROM just restarts itself after about 30 seconds. Whats wrong?

could be a problem with the file, doesn't sound like a player problem.

Try downloading the rom file again, it won't delete your save, but may correct the file problem.

Also, ROM's are illegal man, tut tut.

Ive tried redownloading my visual boy advanced and the ROM, and ive tried different websites and still i get the black screen.

Probably the ROM is corrupt or it's a bad dump.

Just download another one. Rename the save file if you want to continue from where you were.

(Or do the legal thing and buy the game... >_>)

I do have the original game and game boy advanced, i just wanted to try it out on my PC. Anyway it doesnt matter im starting again.
