Pokemon Meiji Mini Frames (slides) and lenticular 3D cards

Where can I get information on these. We have been collecting the mini frames for many years and have over 200 different ones (although it says collect all 60). We also have two small sets of 4 Lenticular cards and I can't find out what the name of the set is or anything else. Any help is much appreciated,
 
Are you able to share any images of these, and in particular any of the packaging they come in? If you've been collecting for years, I presume "collect all 60" refers to an amount that might have been made available in each year's set, rather than there just having been one set available this entire time.
