Pokemon: Miracles of Circumstance (Gym Leader Calvin & N's Queen Julie)

[Detective Calvin]

The sun rose in New Bark Town on one fine spring morning. Two young Trainers had just received their Pokemon. The boy had a Cyndaquil, and the girl had a Chikorita. They were walking down Route 29, not knowing the circumstance was about to play a huge role in their lives.

Adriane crossed her arms,her black hair that went to her elbows moving a bit by the breeze.Her blue eyes were staring at the entrence of the forest that connnected New Bark Town and Cherrygrove city.Her Chikorita was out of its ball and at her feet.Adriane had been waiting her whole life for this momment,but she was still histating to make it happen.

Calvin walked with Adriane, eyes on the road and ears on his surroundings. He thought he heard a noise coming from behind a tree near Adriane, and stared intently at it.

Adriane turned to Calvin.She tilted her head and narrowed her eyes slightly,making a slightly confused look.

"Whats up?"She asked.

Suddenly a ursaring launched from a tree knocking Adriane over.

"Calvin!"She yelled as the Ursaring tried to claw at her as she was barely able to roll away.

"Cyndaquil, Flame Wheel!" Calvin shouted. Cyndaquil hit Ursaring hard, knocking it back. Calvin ran to Adriane, helping her up. "You okay?"

Adriane's head was spinning.Both her left and right arm were bleeding like crazy.Her head slightly spun around phycicly,a lot mentily.

Cyndaquil continued to fight Ursaring ff while Calvin pulled out his first-aid kit. He cleaned the wounds, nknowing it would hurt, and bandaged her arms. "Are you okay?"

"I-I-I think so."She studdered.

She still felt really dizzy.She saw Cyndaquil battling the Ursaring.

"C-c-chirkarita h-help Cyndaquil."She said.

Calvin held her close to him. "Just sit still and breathe." He said soothingly. Cyndaquil was grateful that Chikorita was coming to help.

Adriane did as she was told.Chikirta began fighting with the Ursaring as well.

"This is one wild first day."She thought.

Calvin continued to hold her, and looked to see how the Pokemon were holding up. Cyndaquil had wweakened the Ursaring, and it looked like it was gonna fall. "Everything's gonna be okay." He said softly, stroking her back.

Adriane had her eyes closed calmly breathing.

"H-how are the pokemon holding up?"She asked.

Calvin turned to see the Ursarng running off. "Theyu chased off the Ursaring." Calvin said. "How are you feeling?"

"D-dizzy,like I'm g-going to faint."Adriane got out.

"Okay, hold on." Calvin said, slowly picking her up in his arms and standing up. "Just breathe." he said, motioning to Cyndaquil and Chikorita thaty they were walking.

Adriane felt Calvin lifting her up.She breathed calmly,doing her best to stay awake.

Calvin couldn't help but blush a little as he carried her, hoping she'd be okay.

Adriane was able to stay awake,with just a bit of difficulty.

"A-are the p-pokemon okay?"She asked.

"They're fine. They handled that Ursaring quite well." Calvin said, looking at the Pokemon walking with him, them smiling at Adriane reassuringly.

Adriane smiled back before having to close her eyes.She wasn't asleep,but she didn't have the energy to keep her eyes open.
