Pokemon Movie 12 title next month!

As posted on serebii net forums, on December 15th Coro Coro will be revealing the title and first details on Pokemon Movie 12. We can expect to see the first decent trailer around then as well, now the promotion begins:)
 
Well, next month will certainly be huge in terms of news.

Sounds exciting.

Arceus won't be added to the title until early next year, of course.

There's not much to say for now. We knew it was coming and it follows the schedule of previous movie promotions. The trailer will just be a teaser so don't get your hopes up too much there.
 
It will be in Theatres in Japan, most likely direct-to-DVD in north America and Europe among otehr places.

But in all seriousness, I find myself both expecting Arceus to be in the movie and wondering if they'll try to find a way around it making an actual appearance, especially considering how long the Sinnoh saga is making itself out to be. Or will they pull off something like movies 8 and 9 and pull out some next-gen legends? Thet seems the most likely, but hey - you never really know, right?

(I'm hoping that Regigigas gets its own movie, myself, but that's just really, really wishful thinking. :p )

Lol, Movie 10 would have been hilarious with a name like:
Members' Only: Palkia's secert club
Darkrai

Anyways, It's a cool idea for a title... but given the history, They'll probably feel no obligation of using the in game items. Maybe they can use the flute to summon Arceus though, or something like in movie 2.

Arceus being in it wouldn't mean that it would have to be the last Sinnoh movie. There's still Heatran, Cresselia, Phione, and the Fairies to involve in films (although any Phione film would probably be a direct sequel to 9).

Although they could skip Arceus altogether like they have with Ho-Oh and come back to it at some later date.

All the times they've tried to have 4 Legendaries in a movie, at least one of them has always gotten a raw deal. In movie 2 it was Articuno (the only one of the three not to get captured, yet it goes down like a sack of potatoes in favor of the other two and Lugia), in 8 it was the Regis.
 
So, anyone wanna bet we'll be seeing the first of the Gen V Pokemon in this movie?
 
Well if there is no 5th gen Pokemon in this movie, then I guess the 5th generation is even further off than we thought.

Phione will probably just be thrown into a normal episode. Making a movie about a poor man's Manaphy is pointless.
 
Aww, I like Phione. Dawn got Shaymin's love, so will Phione like her too?

I think we'll be seeing the return of some other Sinnoh legendaries and maybe Acreus, but I dont think they'd make Acreus the star.

Except for the fact that Phione is just a poor man's Manaphy, nobody cares about it.

It was a given that this generation that some legendaries wouldn't appear in the movies, Gamefreak simply made too many legends and it is too crowded for the writers to fit them all in.
 
Finally! Arceus' legit debut! Maybe Heatran and Cresselia will star in it too. Apparently the other legendaries from movie 11 star in it, except Shaymin.
