When we see Pokemon Movies Ash and his friends really gone to this adventure in the movie

Like do they really remember this experience

I think Pokemon Movie of Mega mewtwo seemed the only one that i think they really remember becuase their was special episode we see Ash was told to go to New Tork City so thats counts in my opinion

What about Mewtwo movie the first movie and the Johto Mewtwo movie was that real or not because it doesn't make sense because Ash meets Giovanni for the first time but he doesn't remember him in the BW Season so it didnt make sense at all so weird

What happen to the first Mewtwo will that Mewtwo meet the new Mewtwo also possible become Mega Mewtwo X form

Please help understand the movies and tv show anime are they togther or not

I think this is sort of a mixed bag. The first movie Mewtwo erased the memory of everyone, so that explains why they didn't remember that one. The second time they met Mewtwo (in Mewtwo returns) it was convinced not to erase their memory, so they should not have forgotten that event. For the most part movies are not mentioned in the Anime, but there is one instance I can recall where they are, in the Whirl Islands when Ash meets Lugia he remembers that he had seen one in the Orange Islands (the second movie). Otherwise I don't think they have been mentioned very often, and even sometimes may be contradicted in the main series. (I can't really think of any examples of this, but I remember there being some). I think it could possibly matter which version you watch (but I'm not totally sure, I only watch the Dub) because the Dub sometimes misses references to past events and then makes a reaction seem different than the original did. Sorry, this response probably didn't help much, but I think thats kinda the point, because it is hard to say what movies are considered a part of the timeline and which ones are not.

Actually, that is a moment of contradiction between the dub and the sub. The dub has it as you describe it, but in the sub, Ash has no recollection of Lugia from the second movie.

To answer your question put simply, silvero, just assume that the movies and anime are not together unless the events of the movies are mentioned in the series. Usually, the writers do keep them separate as well, although there are a few exceptions, as mentioned in the post above.

in the movie

Sinnoh and Kalos movies are they together

in the anime

I thought we already operated under the assumption that the movies and series are not necessarily canon, despite same characters appearing in both.

I think that is one theory some fans go by, but it's not completely widely accepted by fans, or at least I don't think so. Unlike say the DBZ movies, the Pokemon movies don't contradict the events of the various series. Because of how some of the movies have been referenced/mentioned in the show, I always thought that the movies were canon, except for the Victini movie due to how there are two versions of it.

Some can be considered canon, while others have no such weight. It depends on whether or not the individual movies are referenced in the main series.
Pokémon Heroes: Latios and Latias is one I take to be canon because of Ash knowing what Latios is without a Pokédex during the Sinnoh League despite having never encountered one outside of the movie. Then there's Ash using Aura, an ability he displayed in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew to track down a captive Riolu during the DP series.
I'm less certain about this one but I think that the Lugia in Pokémon 2000 was also referenced by Ash and friends when they encountered another one in the Whirl Islands.

There is absolutely zero reason to believe that the movies aren't canon to the TV series.

We'll probably never see the first Mewtwo ever again. In Japan that Mewtwo was more or less created by a man named Shudo Takeshi and he unfortunately passed away a number of years ago. The current staff of the movies probably don't feel like they'd be able to do the character justice (and to be honest, they're probably right) so they made a new one to avoid messing the old one up.

They also probably couldn't afford to use his old voice actor anymore.

No, the references to that Lugia in "The Mystery is History" are in the Japanese version as well.

Well with that logic none of the filler episodes are canon either.

To the OP:
As you can see, there are many different opinions and theories about the canon status of the movies. The problem with determining which of these opinions is actually "right" is that it's not really possible to do that, because there's not a lot of concrete evidence pointing one way or the other as to whether the movies as a whole are canon or not. There are exceptions with a few individual movies (which Gengarzilla pointed out earlier) that have some evidence in the TV series pointing to them being most likely canon, but that's about it. Otherwise, it's all largely a matter of opinion, not absolute fact.

Another thing to consider is the tendency of the Pokémon anime to be rather loose and unreliable with the concept of continuity, so there's always going to be a chance that something pops up that's headscratching or seemingly nonsensical. This is true for both the TV series (Ash still being ten, to use an obvious and extreme example) and the movies (time travel in the Arceus movie, dual timelines in the Victini movies, and the second Mewtwo like you mentioned). Honestly, I don't think that the creators ever intended for there to be any satisfying answers or deep explanations as to how certain elements of the anime work (or are even possible given previously established canon). Instead, I'd imagine that the actual reasons are probably more "real-world" in nature like ease of writing (Arceus, Mewtwo) or money/marketing (Victini, Mewtwo, and arguably Ash still being ten) rather than anything related to the anime universe itself. Keeping that in mind, I think that the best way to approach these confusing and potentially problematic things is to simply accept them for what they are - as difficult and frustrating as that can be - because we're never going to get any real answers to the questions that they raise anyway. All we can do otherwise is discuss and debate what the answers could or should be, and while there's absolutely nothing wrong with doing that, I feel that as far as actually watching and enjoying the anime goes, acceptance is the best policy.
