My friend told me he found the dubbed episode - I was shocked since no one talk about it anywhere! (not to mention it was supposed to air long ago but didn't)
After some search I see that people on Serebii say the episode aired in the UK randomly without any notice and wasn't even listed in the schedule (it was listed as a DP episode)
My friend think Misty's 4Kids VA did one of the Shinx and that Chatot's voice sound familiar

My friend told me...

Yeah, I have a hard time believing that when you start off a post like that. Anyway, Nintendo Power said that this episode would be airing in April on CN, but for some reason it never happened.

Well, in "UK Question" theread, Nebula confirms me it airs last Sunday and if people on Serebii confirms this too, it's pretty much obvious it already airs. The question is, when and if it will aired in US ;-)

Yes, it did air. The torrent is out.

Rachel Lillis is indeed Shinx. She is also Sunflora.

Maddie Blaustein is Chatot.

Dan Green is Grovyle and Zangoose.

It was a good dub...except for Wigglytuff. I cannot stand his voice. Yes, I said he. The PMD2 Wigglytuff is male, remember? His YOOM-TAH was great though.

Maybe it didn't air because the ratings for the first MD special were bad. The (first) special itself was fail IMO.

What is so unbelieveable that my friend found and downloaded an episode that I didn't? I don't have bittorent so I didn't download it myself
And I also said people on Serebii said it too so you could easily go check there and see that more than one said it did air in the UK

At least in my opinion both MD episodes were great and this one is even better than the first

It just felt really childish to me. Didn't really hod my attention. I'm probably gonna watch the 2nd one when I can.

I thought the first special was lovely. ^^; The animation was gorgeous and the characters were very cute. I adored the human-turned-Zenigame.

The second mostly felt like a rehash, but Pukurin and Kimawari's g-g-g-g-GABAITO-SAMAA~! saved it. xD As well as those over-the-top Kecleon that spoke like Harley. They cracked me up!

The "childishness" was the charm of the first one, in my opinion, and a bit of the second.

And hearing the Pokemon speak was certainly interesting!

Maddie Blaustein is Chatot.
This reminds me about when Maddie said she would've liked to voice Chatot in that episode it appeared in because it reminded her of her Parrot, Jake, if 4Kids was still dubbing the show - a question someone asked.

Oh yeah, and I never expected Maddie to be voicing in the Pokemon anime again...

Just found it on YouTube, and I liked it alright. Definitely the same as the first one, but it was pretty interesting.

Also, here are the voices I could more or less identify:

Piplup was Bella Hudson, using a version of her Luffy voice.

Chimchar, couldn't really tell; somewhat like Bill Rogers, a bit like Sean Schemmel, but it could be someone else entirely...

Jimmy Zoppi was both Corphish and Gabite.

Wigglytuff sounded somewhat like Dawn's mom, who's apparently played by Sarah Natochenny.

Chimecho was Kether Donohue, who played Autumn in Tanks for the Memories, as well as Zoey in Dinosaur King, Mirabelle in Doremi, and Midori in Midori Days.

Loudred was Marc Thompson.

The Kecleon brothers had different voices than from the first special, and I have no clue who voiced either set...

And like Sketch said, Blaustine was Chatot, Lillis was Sunflora and Shinx, and Green was Grovyle and Zangoose.

I just saw it on youtube. It was decent. Better than the first. I hated the game though. It looked like the pilot of a series, rather than a stand-alone special.

I found it odd how Gabite knew Attract o_O Why is the girl always the first one to be incapacitated?

Lillis was Sunflora
I honestly doubt Sunflora was Lillis. The first thing that I thought about Sunflora's voice were that it's almost identical to Chikorita from first MD special, who were done by Michelle Knotz, so I think Sunflora were voiced by her too.

And, am I the only one who think Chimchar's voice were too old?

*shakes head* Naah, Rachel Lillis was definitely Sunflora. It was like...hm...a higher/softer version of her Jesse.

Chimchar did seem a bit old, but he was so funny! I had doubts about Piplup's voice at first, but it actually worked well in the end.

Dude, the Wigglytuff was a guy...he sounded a lot like a chick either way!! Poor guy must be teased about that a lot. >_<

Jimmy Zoppi as Gabite...HO SHIZZ REALLY GOOD. ^_^ Seriously, now...it was awesome.

And Maddie was Chatot...IT REMINDED ME SO VERY MUCH OF MEOWTH!! T_T Chatot's dedication to Wigglytuff and the guild was made more believeable because of how it sort-of mirrors Meowth's Team Rocket rants (Like, how the words were said and such...I dunno how to explain it, exactly).

But yeah. it's on Youtube, if anyone hasn't checked already. ^^ Love yah, UK!!

AH MAN I FORGOT! The Kecleon Brothers...reminded me of the Hitachiin twins from Ouran. I dunno why. >_<;;;

I think Pete Zarustica (a.k.a. the voice of Morty from Shaman King, Drew in 4Kids Pokemon) was the voice of Chimchar.

Interesting that Maddie would return considering she was so vocal against PUSA. Not surprising that she's Chatot.

Zoppi as Gabite was awesome.

Wigglytuff was awful. I'll come out and say it. The dialogue sounded like it was being read directly off the script for the first time.

Pink Kecleon was as gay as he should be.

Sunflora rocked. That is all.

And I have to say... Grovyle was awesome. There was some complaining in chat about Dan Green a while back, and yes, he's essentially been turned into a punchline thanks to Yu Gi Oh: The Abridged Series, but honestly, that was exactly how I'd imagined him sounding when I played MD2 on my DS.

And yay for Namba Corphish.

You Tube links for anyone interested:

Watched it!

It was /awesome./

(hidden only because it's kinda long~)
Translation was top-knotch, spotted only one major difference (PokeDance is changed to PokePals because Chimchar thinks friends are really great, whereas Hikozaru just fails at English and mixes up Dance and Dungeon).

Sunflora's voice is actually an improvement over Kimawari's. Lillis managed to pull off ditzy-sounding (while being the smartest of the group) and didn't come out annoying!

Though, Lillis goofed up near the end, with the older Shinx. Before we go inside and see them, I honestly couldn't tell it was him. I was just thinking: ... MISTY? What are YOU doing here?!

Then when they're inside, she made him sound like a boy again. Huh.

Grovyle's voice is quite fitting.

I was SO surprised by Corphish saying "hey-hey-hey," I almost couldn't believe I was watching the dub! It sounded JUST like Heigani's "hei-hei-hei"s!

They didn't cover up the fact that Shinx's little sister's life was in danger and dependent on the poison-healing properties of Gabite's scale at all! True, they never said "die," but they didn't in the Japanese version. Shinx's line about her "not going to make it" was a pretty much a word-for-word translation of his Japanese line. ^^

Chimchar's voice cracked me and my sister up a lot. It was great!

Wigglytuff sounded so womanly my sister thought he was female at first, but it wasn't too bad. ^^

The Kecleon Brothers... I'm sort of torn about. They got great voices, perfect for their characters, but they didn't have that Harley-ness about them that they had in the Japanese version. While I appreciate that they didn't give them over-the-top stereotypical gay catchphrases, they lost some of their character by being given completely normal dialogue. Though at the same time, I don't know how they could convey that in English /without/ making them sound overly-fruity. Lost in translation, I suppose.

I disagree; I got a very, erm...gay-ish vibe from them. (ugh, there MUST be a better way to phrase that. >.<) The voices, in combination with their actions, pretty much clinched it for me. Although i know where you're coming from; their dialogue wasn't as "played up" as it could've been.

Well, I just found it on YouTube myself. Have to say the dub wasn't that bad at all. This is actually the first time I can fairly compare a dub episode to its original, as I had the opportunity to view both. I think the dub turned out great. I have to agree that Green and Zoppi sounded awesome in their respective roles.

But is it just me or did Piplup sound almost like Kenny? I don't know why, but it seemed like that to me.

i saw it and it was the best episode of pokemon i had seen in a while
