OOC: Segment your posts into two using -------- if you are also using the other team.

It had been quite a while since the world was saved from the wrath of Darkrai. The team who did that had now travelled to a different place, filled with bigger and better quests, the guild still remember them, but now they've moved on, as new teams were arriving at the guild.

"This looks like the place!" A Gligar said. "Yeah, but it looks kinda odd." Said a Togepi. "Ha! Scaredy cat!" Gligar said. "Shut up Glider!" Togepi replied. "OI YOU TWO STOP ARGUING AND GET ON THE GRATE!" Loudred shouted. "WHOA!" Glider and Togi said in unison.

"Amp Plains is quite far to go, but we're now at the secret guild. Hehehehe." Sableye said. "Yeah, Sabe, how do we get in?" Bagon said. "Didn't you read the flier? Stand on that grate, even the Manectric told us!" Sabe said. "Oh yeah..." Bagon said. Sabe stood on the grate first. "Pokemon detected! Pokemon detected! Scanning for faction, ..... Evil! Footprint is Sableye's! Go on in, and meet the guildmasta' PARP!" "Err I've got a partner." Sabe said to the strange Pokemon. "Ahh, you step on the grate as well." "Ok." Bagon replied. "Footprint is Bagon! Ok you two, go on through!"
 
OOC: lol, we forgot to make teams in sign up. oh well, here we go.

Ralts and Pichu practically ran to Wigglytuff's guild. They were so excited to finally become a rescue team. As they ran through the town, alot of the older merchants, such as the Kecleon brothers, would laugh as they went by. Other, younger, people would yell at them for runing through a busy street. "Come on Pichu!" Ralts yelled as he took the lead. Pichu laughed and sped up. As they ran, they could see a big pink building up in the distance. The Guild!

"Come on Ralts," Pichu yelled as he started to use volt tackle to gain speed quickly.

"Not fair!" exclaimed Ralts as Pichu sped past him, a blur of yellow. Ralts then began chaneling his inner energy. His psycic ability came into effect. As his eyes turned a pinkish purple, he dissaeard and then reapped way ahead f where he was. Usig this Teleport technique, it was a race to the finish. As they drew close to the guild, they both stopped and stared at the grate a mere five feet ahead of them.

"What's that?" Ralts asked.

I don't know," Pichu replied.

"Do we want to go on it?"

"Su-"

"I CAN HEAR YOU TWO FROM ALL THEY WAY DOWN HERE!! jUST STEP ON THE GRATE SO WE CAN IDENTIFY YOU AND LET YOU IN!!" A voice shouted. Both young pokemon were scared. They slowly walked up and onto the grate.
 
Gligar and Togi turned around. "Whoa. Hey, we're planning to join the guild, are you two as well?" Togi said, as Gligar stepped on the grate. "Loudred! A Gligar!" Diglett reported to Loudred. "GOOD. WE WILL NEED SOME DIVERSE TEAMS." "IS THERE OTHERS WITH HIM?" "Gligar! Do you have a team mate?" Diglett asked. "Yes, he is talking, I'll tell him to step on the grate."

Sabe and Bago went through the mouth of the Skuntank, and down the ladder. On the second floor was a variety of evil Pokemon. There were many teams, and an Absol working at the team Assembly Desk. They went down the ladder further to find the "Guildmasta'" On the third floor was a Toxicroak working at the SWAP SHOP, a Stunky and a Shuppet working at the Sentry Post and a Skuntank was outside the Guildmasta's quarters. "Hehehe. You two must be the new team?" He said. "Yes, I'm Sabe, and this is Bago." "You'll do wonders for our guild, I'm sure."
 
An eerie aura permeated the area of the Amp Plains as a spectral figure hovered through the area. A Spiritomb, it and its keystone hovering about a foot off of the ground as it began to make its way for the grate. Trailing behind it was a Pawniard, cautiously glancing around the area. "Are you sure this isn't an ambush?" it said in a voice that had a metallic characteristic to it.

"I have no clue," the Spiritomb said. It sounded like there were multiple people talking at the same time. "In any case, it won't be too much trouble if that's the case. I've been trapped in this accursed thing for thousands of years; a fight is exactly what I need!"

The Pawniard was skeptical, but made no further remarks. His partner had indeed been stuck in that thing for thousands of years. It was only by chance that he found the keystone and released him...somewhat. He was still trapped, but at least he had some more maneuverability. Still, being confined in a rock for that long of a time normally had adverse effects on one's sanity. Even though he was a useful partner, his volatility was bound to get them into trouble.

"C'mon, bag of bolts, we're gonna be late!"

A Riolu stood near the entrance to Wigglytuff's Guild, and trailing after him was a Voltorb, smoothly rolling across the ground. "It ain't my fault that I don't have legs..." he grumbled.

"Still, I know you can move faster than that!"

"Whatever."

The Riolu, having a hard time staying still, waited for the other teams to finish their business. It was his life's dream to join an exploration guild. The Voltorb, on the other hand, simply stood off to the side, looking somewhat bored. It wasn't his idea to go through with this whole mess, but his partner all but forced him into it.
 
Togi stood on the Grate.

"Pokemon Is Togepi! Go on through!"" Diglett shouted.

Glider and Togi smiled, and proceeded on through the mouth of the Wigglytuff tent.

Manectric saw the duo, and approached them.
 
The Spiritomb's countenance then shifted drastically. "I knew it! I knew this was a trick! Trying to play tricks with me, you coward?! I'll turn you inside-out when I'm through with you!" He then began charging a Dark Pulse attack, glowing with a malevolent aura...

The Pawniard's eyes widened in shock. "No, Oriax, stop!"

The Spiritomb, apparently named Oriax, halted his attack. "...not an ambush?" he asked in a disappointed manner.

Pawniard nodded. "Not an ambush."

Oriax's glow faded and he sighed. "Darn. And right when I thought I had an excuse to start killing things..."

The small metallic creature walked up to Manectric. "You must excuse my friend. He's a bit, ah, on edge after recent events."

"Being stuck in a rock for 6,835 and a half years! And yes, I counted! Each and every blasted one!" Oriax shouted from the sidelines.
 
"I guessed so, this is Amp Plains, ignore my Manectric friends jumping about. Go right through the gap in that rock, and you'll find some steps, they lead to the entrance to the guild." Manectric repied.
 
Pichu and Ralts saw two other teams. One, having a Togepi and a Gligar. The other had a Volorb and a Riolu. As the Togepi and Gligar walked off the grate, it was Pichu and Ralts' turn. Pichu stepped onto it and a voice was heard from below. "Pichu, the pokemon is Pichu! Please have your partner step on," Diglett said. Ralts cautiosly walked over the grate. "Ralts! The pokemon is Ralts! Please continue" Diglett continued.

Pichu and Ralts looked cautiosly at eachother. They slowly walked inside. The first floor wasn't very big, just a hole with a ladder. They went down the ladder, and saw many pokemon inside of a huge room. They saw the Togepi and Gligar from before, and guessing they were also a new team, decided to meet them. Walking over, Ralts smiled.

"Hi, I'm Ralts and this is Pichu, are you a new team as well?" Ralts asked.
 
"Thank you," the Pawniard said with a bow, before beckoning Oriax to follow.

"Can't I kill him? Just a little bit?" the Spiritomb asked greedily.

"Hush. If we're going to go through with this, then we can't have you killing everything in sight. I understand that you probably have some pent-up rage towards whoever or whatever locked you in that rock of yours, but save it for when it's appropriate."

"You're no fun."

"No, I'm not. I'm smart."

"Smart? I was wreaking havoc and destruction before your ancestors came into existence, Lancelot. I have far more experience than you."

"Yeah, and I'm sure you lost most of it along with whatever was left of your sanity when you were sentenced to what was supposed to be eternity inside of a boulder."

"You talk about being insane as if it's a bad thing."

During their argument, the team had stepped upon the grate, and still the conversation went onward.

"It's our turn!" the Riolu said, rushing over, but managing to trip and fall face-first onto the cold steel of the grate. "Ow..." he mumbled to himself, before getting back up.

"Smooth. Y'know, it really takes skill to trip over flat ground," the Voltorb remarked, rolling over to the grate. Even though it sounded a bit on the nasty side, there wasn't any ill intent. It was just his way of joking around. Plus, it was his unofficial job to make sure his partner's antics didn't get them into any big trouble. Like that one incident with the Gigalith. That was not fun.
 
"Yeah, I hope we will be able to work together. ^_^" Togi said.
"Anyway, come on Togi, let's go meet the guildmaster." Glider said.
 
"Yeah, I hope we get to work together ^_^," Togepi said.
"Anyway, come on Togi, let's go meet the guildmaster" the Gliscor said.

Riolu looked at Pichu, and they both immediately understood eachother. "Ralts, just fid the guildmaster," Pichu said. Ralts used his telepathy to find a Wigglytuff.

"He's over there!," Ralts said, pointing. The two ran forward, accidently running into a big, pink pokemon.
 
OOC: Gligar btw.

"Friendly Friends! I see you're a team, are you wishing to join the guild?" Wigglytuff said.

"Pokemon detected! Footprint is Riolu's!" Diglett shouted.
 
"Two Pokemon! A Pawniard, and...um..." The gatekeeper was having a bit of difficulty identifying Oriax, probably due to the fact that it his "footprint" was the underside of a rock.

"Geodude! No, not bulky enough...er...Boldore? No..."

"I'm a Spiritomb! Do I need to come down there and show you?!" Oriax said impatiently.

A minute or so later, a different voice came out. "Sorry. Come on in!"

The gate opened, and Lancelot and Oriax walked-or, in Oriax's case, floated-into the Guild halls. Lancelot was looking around in muted wonder. Oriax, on the other hand, was impatient. "We can go sightseeing later. Let's just get to where we need to be."

The two had finally reached the area outside of the Guildmaster's quarters. "Excuse me, sir, but are you the Guildmaster?" he asked the nearby Skuntank.

"Well, what d'you think?" Oriax butted in. "For crying out loud, the entrance is modeled after his head, of course this place is his!"

Voltorb rolled over to the grate, as Riolu began jumping around in excitement. "The footprint is Voltorb's!" a voice rang out, and the gates opened. Riolu wasted no time in rushing for the entrance, as Voltorb simply sighed and leisurely rolled in. Once they had made it down the ladder, Riolu spent his time looking at everything he could find. Various Pokemon were mulling around doing their business, and he was talking up a storm, mainly to himself.

"Wow! This is so cool, I didn't ever think I was going to be able to..."

Voltorb sighed, but still followed along. Eventually, they reached the bottom level, where a motley of other Pokemon were chatting up what appeared to be a pink Pokemon. Wigglytuff, the Guildmaster. Riolu immediately dashed off to answer the question, dragging Voltorb along with him. "We are! Me and my partner, Voltorb!"
 
"A Spiritomb! And a Pawniard! Welcome to the guild. I'm Skuntank. PARP" Skuntank said.
"Guildmasta' could you stop that! PARP"
"Speak for yourself."
"I guess you want your equipment, come in."

"Come In! Friendly Friends! Exploring, Fun, Fun, Fun!" Wigglytuff said, happily.
 
The Riolu and Voltorb from before rushed up to Wigglytuff, catching Ralts and Pichu. "Are you guys joining too?" Ralt asked.

"Wigglytuff was just about to tell us something," Pichu explained. The two turned towards the guildmaster.
 
Voltorb, after having released himself from Riolu's grasp, spoke to the Ralts and Pichu. "Sorry about my partner. He's...energetic, to say the very least."

Riolu, on the other hand, was practically bouncing off of the walls, barely able to contain himself.

Oriax and Lancelot went behind Skuntank. "Equipment? Pfft. Like I need any equipment to bash people's skulls in..." Oriax grumbled to himself.
 
Riolu smiled. "Oh just wait until Pichu gets to know you then he's the same way," Ralts telepathically said to voltorb. Pichu's other side was already beggining to show, as he was jumping up and down, eager to officialy make the team. Ralts sighed.
 
OOC: I guess BB isn't in this?

BIC: "Now that everyone is here, I can give you your exploration chests. Each one has two items, one that can be held by each of you." Wigglytuff said.

Glider and Togi opened the chest. In it was a Glide Bow and an Egg Band. They held their items, Gligar tied the bow around his neck, and Togepi put the Band on it's short stubby arm.
 
Voltorb let out a startled shout at first, then blinked a few times, then calmed down. "Right, sorry. Not used to people talking in my head. Not necessarily something that happens to you every day."

Riolu excitedly opened the chest, finding a Brave Scarf and a Volt Band. Riolu tied the Scarf across his neck, but when he turned to face Voltorb, he looked at the small band. "Um...let's see...if I can just..." he said, walking over to his partner, struggling to try and stretch the band enough so that it would fit across Voltorb's spherical form.
 
Skuntank gave the chest to both The Oriax duo and the Sabe duo. Sabe opened the chest, inside it was a Ghost band and a Bagon Claw, they both put it on.
