The only thing that he could see was darkness, darkness that coated everything around him; causing him to wonder if he was asleep or if his eyes were even opened. "Where am I?" Jake groaned to himself as a small ray of light begins to shine down from far away. "What's that light over there...it's like...it's calling me?" he said while stretching his hand to try and gasp the light.

Suddenly everything came into view. He was lying in a large grass field, the wind blowing against his face. He could see trees surrounding him along with a mountain that could be seen from miles away. "Where...where am I?" he stood up and noticed something that surprised him. He was small, too small even not just that but as he looked over his shoulder he could see orange colored fur. "Wait what!?" he exclaimed, looking down at his hands which looked more like paws. "What happened to me," after getting a better look he noticed that he seemed to resemble a monkey though it wasn't a monkey that he had seen before.

He turned around and noticed something that shocked him even more. He was standing in the middle of a grass field and there were six more strange creatures surrounding him, though they were all asleep.

OOC: Sorry this took so long guys, but we can finally begin.
 
Nicolette looked around, spotting a strange monkey "Awww! What an adorable monkey!!~" She said, but something was strange...there was a feint white light surrounding her...what was going on!? Now looking at her hands, they were the same as the weird monkeys. "...What?"
 
Jake turned around once she heard a female voice from behind him. He jumped back, seeing someone that looked just like him even though he had made sure that there wasn't anyone with the same appearance as him. "Wait...you can talk?" he asked after turning to Nicoletta. "Do you know what's going on?"
 
Abby yawned slightly as she opened her eyes. Did she faint? She didn't remember falling asleep. First thing that came into view were two creatures. Both appeared to be of the same species. She grinned happily when her tail instinctively began swinging back and forth. Abby's eyes widened as she looked behind her and saw a slender cream colored tail, that had a bulky pink section and three pin-like objects at the tip. She glanced down at her hands to see that they weren't hands anymore. Instead, they were cream colored paws.

"Nani?!" Abby gasped in shock, "What's going on?"
 
Tetra groaned as she started to stir. All she remembered was going to bed and then feeling like she was falling for a very long time. She half rolled and stood up, lazily shaking her head. "Ugh....where am I" she muttered, opening her eyes and screaming. "What am I!" she gasped as she looked at her paws. She then looked around and saw she had a tail, and a beautiful one as well. She then saw she wasnt alone, she was surrounded by a bunch of these creatures in an open grassy field.

"Who are you....people" she said, strutting over to the group.
 
"That's what I wanna know," Jake pointed out as he noticed the other two creatures that had woken up as well. "I was just listening to music back in my room and feel sleep and then I woke up here," he pointed out while inspecting the three other creatures that were around him. "Wait so are you guys like me?"
 
Apparently, these creatures were just like her. Falling asleep one moment, and then, waking up to see that they weren't the same as before. Not in the slightest. Abby's pink tufted ears drooped downwards ever-so-slightly as she sighed.

"So, it's the same story with all of us," she spoke to the others, "We fall asleep one minute, then wake up and we're as we are now..." she looked at her paws once more before putting them back onto the earth beneath her.
 
"So the same thing happened? I was reading some manga when I fell asleep and woke up here...good to see I'm not alone." Nicolette groaned, knowing the best part of the manga was still left. She than started glowing again and transformed into the pink and cream colored cat. Looking at her paws, she screeched.
 
"Okay what did you just do?" Jake asked after jumping back since he didn't expect for her to transform. He then looked down while sniffing, he could smell something burning. Of course he screamed as soon as he saw that there was fire coming out from his butt or...above or something and it was burning the grass below. "I'm on fire! help me!" he screamed and began running around in distress.
 
"Wait a second..." Jack stopped walking, he couldn't feel any pain even though his back was on fire. "Wait I think this is mine," he wondered while passing his hand under the flame. He felt the heat form it but his skin wasn't burning and it was as if touching it was making him stronger.
 
"That's really weird..." Abby spoke in astonishment as she looked at the creature's flaming hind quarters. How wasn't he getting burned from the flames? She quickly averted her gaze so it wouldn't convey the wrong message.
 
"So you want us to touch your butt?" Abby asked seriously, "Well, to prevent awkwardness, I'll use my tail and see if it burns." she cautiously walked over to Jake and began wagging her tail into the fire.

"It burns," Abby spoke in reply, "But it's odd that it's not burning you."
 
Michelle, still asleep, muttered something incoherent before shifting to her other side. People being loud again, always not caring if someone is still sleeping or not... once the world around her began to shake though, that caused her to finally figure out just what was going on. “What in the world are you guys-” she began, then froze. These weren't family members or roommates, they were creatures! She went to pinch herself, and noticed that something seemed different about her as well. Her entire body, or what she could see of it, appeared white. Something just out of her vision appeared to be a strange green color as well. “If this is a dream, it's a pretty vivid one,” she muttered.
 
"So another one awakes," Jake said as he turned to the new creature that had just woken up. "You look familiar though?" he didn't have time to ponder on this as a large rhinoceros ran out from the trees, causing Jake to yell. The creature looked like a dinosaur and its whole body was covered in grey colored armor; it also walked on four legs and had a horn sticking out from its nose.

"Well well. Looks like I'm having lunch today," the monster chuckled to itself; causing Jake to gulp in fear at seeing the fangs that he was showing now.
 
"Oh crap..." Abby whimpered in fear as she looked at the monster. Her first instinct was to run, but she was afraid that it would anger the beast even more.
