Pokémon Name Dilemma

In my Fanfic, Encounters, I have created three new Pokémon to function as starter Pokémon. However, even though I have created names for these Pokémon, I am not pleased with these names. This is why this thread has been created, for others to give ideas for names. Below is a passage from Encounters that gives description on the the Pokémon:

Every member of the audience watched in awe as three shapes emerged from the Poké Balls. The first was mostly green, but had a creamy shell, as well as six legs, which it used to scuttle about the desk at high speeds, without even nearing the edge. The second was red, tall and thin, with two short, stubby arms, which burst into flames every couple of seconds. And the last was blue, short and had two small wings on its back, which buzzed urgently.

The first Pokémon mentioned is a grass-type, the second is a fire-type, and the third is a water-type.

There isn't really any animal basis for any of the Pokémon, but the grass-type is loosely based on the beetle.

Oh, it's a beetle (kinda)! Then "Chloroseed" isn't that suitable... do you think you could give, say, a sketch of each?

Hmm... I'll try and draw them. Drawing never was my strong point, though, so it might take a while.

You could name the grass one Ringo (because of the Beatle). Not really. The water one could be Froter or something (Fairy and water). The grass one could have a cute name, like Beet or Beetlee. The fire type could, maybe, be Sunlair (Sun and Flair).

Fire-type: Boomnigma (Boom+Enigma) (I say pure Fire, with Flame Body as an ability instead of Blaze)

Grass-type: Seedtle (Seed+Beetle) (I say Grass/Fighting (it seems feisty enough), with Speed Boost instead of Overgrow as an ability)

Water-type: Wetskeeto (Wet+Mosquito) (I say Water/Bug, with Levitate instead of Torrent for an ability)

Yep, I put in my type predictions.

I don't check the thread for a few days and then loads come up! Here are my opinions:

Fire-type: Boomnigma (Boom+Enigma) (I say pure Fire, with Flame Body as an ability instead of Blaze)

Grass-type: Seedtle (Seed+Beetle) (I say Grass/Fighting (it seems feisty enough), with Speed Boost instead of Overgrow as an ability)

Water-type: Wetskeeto (Wet+Mosquito) (I say Water/Bug, with Levitate instead of Torrent for an ability)

Wow. That is concise! I do like these names a lot, especially since they really relate to what the Pokémon are. Putting different abilities in could spice things up a bit. I must consider that.

I quite like these as well. I might combine these names with The Noob's for an evolution.

Hmm... Sounds a bit like Azelf... But I get where you're coming from.

So, at the moment, I think I'm going with The Noob's ideas for names, with possibly some of Zewis29's as well. I may incorporate other ideas as well if I see the chance. Thanks!
