Is anyone else competing in this event which is being held/will be held at the Journey Across America Tour?


Once registration opens in May, I'm definitely entering it! ^^

Thankfully, I have plenty of time to train my 3 Pokemon teams until then (Ruby, Fire Red, and Emerald).

You need an option for those of us who don't give a flying shellder about compeditive battling. I think it's already come by me anyway, unless I'm thinking of some different travelling pokemon thing...

Yeah, when I was making the poll I didn't think of that option, for some reason...... ^^o

I'd change it, but now that I've already made the poll, I can't do anything about it.

I'm home when it comes to New York so I"ll try to go, but just for Celebi. I could've trained a team for it but never really found the time

Such unfair it is >.> Do they call this National Pokemon Championships? I would call it USA Pokemon Championships (like always anyway...)............... Unfortunately I live in Greece so I won't have the chance to compete ^^;;;;;............... (Damn I'm pissed off ). In my opinion it shouldn't be like that! They should do championships in every country and the Winner of every country go to Japan for the Championships and that would be even more great just think Greek player (me xD), Bagla, Australian, from Afganistan that would be definately cool. And the big winner would be even more proud... Anyway xD Life's unfair... no championships... figures in Fall... games months later... no manga... yeah yeah... Like's definately unfair xDDDD

i am entering. my team is so ready for the 13th of may, all i need to do is some ev point training and a few levels for each. i am only using two legendaries in this team, unlike the rest of the teams out there, and i guess ill tell you: groudon, and suicune.

Who won last tournament? I only remember skarm of Smogon getting second place (and meeting NOA Andy, who wore a Team Rocket shirt...). And both of them used legendaries.

Come to think of it, are legendaries allowed in this tournament too?

Once agian those of us in the UK and outside of America get absolutely nothing what good has the pokemon USA takeover done for us!!
We have had no new episodes for nearly a month and as for trading card and videogame tournaments we have NEVER had any here
i would dearly love to take part in something like this but as long as us in the UK and elsewhere are neglected like this i will be unable to.

Yes, RBY.

Almost all legendaries are allowed in the tournament.


But, there are 4 of them which aren't allowed.

And according to the rules, the Pokemon you can't enter are:

Jirachi, Mew, Deoxys, and Celebi


So yeah, other than those Pokemon, you can use any of the legendaries. ^^

I'd lose because I never raised my Kygore nor an anti-Kygore (SP is bad, excuse me.).

Well, as for me, I'm doing my best to try to raise my actual Pokemon team to Level 100 (which is really hard, especially without using Rare Candy).


I will only be using two legendaries: Mewtwo and Articuno ^^

Eh, if legendaries (except the promotional-onlys) are allowed, then everybody not using (a lot of) them are at a disadvantage. Chances are, the final battle will be a standard-set legendary team vs. another standard-set legendary team. And there are enough of those on Netbattle...
