The Japanese website Nico Nico Manga, the comic counterpart of the Nico Nico Douga video service, will feature a 6-part manga series based on the upcoming DS game Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition, titled Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition: Ranse's Color Picture Scroll starting on 16th March.

This sounds really interesting I hope it's a quality manga like ReBURST or Spe and not just a simple "avertisement" manga with a poor or mediocre plot and character to pimp out the new game.

I wonder what the writers will have the starter as.

This is in no way confirmed or anything, but I get the feeling that each chapter will focus on a particular Bushou from the games. So at the end of this, six of the however many Bushou there are will have a spotlight shown on them.
