I'm looking for a blue ponyta or a grey rapidash(preferably ponyta) as low level as possible. I'm not sure where to post this,i can't find a trade thread or anything.

i don't have many pokemon but i can try to get some from my brother if i don't have what you're looking for.

i also have a question too; if you breed a blue ponyta or a grey rapidash with a regular ditto, will the babies be blue or will they be regular?

In GSC (Gold, Silver, Crsytal), there was a 60% chance that if you bred a normal pokemon with a shiny one (both parents being shiny would decrease the odds, make it LESS likely), it would be shiny too. However, that doesn't work in later generations.
