Hello all
You may remember a few months ago I posted a thread requesting names for Pokemon for a new region. Well, now I need help with creating the region itself, and was looking for some help.
Grejoca is an island region, made up of three large islands and three smaller ones. It is designed like Ancient Greece, and the storyline follows the ancient civilization as they become under threat by electronics and new found technology that an organisation is using to try and take over. There is a royal family that runs the country and Pokemon League, with their gym leaders and elite four their lords and ladies. The group is mostly countrysidem with a large ocean surrounding, an icy mountain are and several smaller mountains and rocky paths dotted around.
There are a group of godly Pokemon based on the Twelve Olympians, Hestia and Hades. The villains are attempting to draw a meteorite Pokemon towards the mountain (location undecided) to release the gods from their ice chamber and set them free on the world. My story will involve three trainers selected to guard the Princess as she wishes to take part in the Pokemon League and the Pokemon Olympics that are taking place. The group is targeted by the villainous organization, who wish to kidnap the Princess and spill her blood to aid in their ceremony.
I am looking for help to try and sort this region out. At the moment, I need:
- An idea for the theme to the city names and the Mountain the Gods are kept in
- Names for Gym Leaders and their respective type
- A name for the villainous organization
- Ideas for small recurring characters
- Name for the Pokemon Professor and the four main characters
- I require more help with naming Pokemon, so if anyone wishes to help or has ideas for a good Greek mythological creature that could aid this, I’ll give Pokemon descriptions/take ideas.
I would really appreciate some help with this, whatever ideas you all have! I have a map to use, but Im struggling to upload it due to its size
If anyone has tips on that, I'd appreciate it
I will credit those whose provide ideas
Thanks, Ethan
