Pokemon Pearl - Question

Hi. I have the game Pokemon Pearl and I have a question. What Pokemon can evolve using a Oval Stone? Is that a new type of stone for the Diamond & Pearl games? I have Pokemon Pearl.
 
The oval stone is used to evolve a Happiny into a Chansey. You give it the oval stone, and then make it go up one level during the daytime.
