For future reference, simple questions like these belong in the Anime Simple Questions and Answers thread.
The Pokemon anime is created and animated in Japan by ShoPro/TV Tokyo. The staff responsible for it usually don't listen to these type of things, especially if you're unable to type in Japanese for the message to get across easier. The English dubbing company, Cartoon Network, is also a possible source to contact, but they merely translate the Japanese into English. They do forward relevant e-mails to TV Tokyo if they feel it's worth it, but in this case, I wouldn't count on it. Chances are slim to none. The art and animation staff have specific people who work on character design and creation so they really don't need outside input.
So yeah, gonna lock this now.
