Well, I'm not exactly sure who you're talking about, kvntrp......
I mean, you should've been more specific, because right now I can think of at least 3 different people you could be talking about. ^^
1. You could be talking about Satoshi Tajiri, who is the guy who created Pokemon.
2. You could be talking about the director of both the Pokemon anime and the movies, Kunihiko Yuyama.
3. And finally, you could be talking about Ken Sugimori. I believe he's the guy who originally made the designs all for the different Pokemon, and the human characters on the show.
