Also...the commercial was in widescreen....

Mastermind's trailer was widescreen too, don't forget. But people have been saying the seven-minute clip from ComicCon looked like it wasn't clipped at the sides.....

Not necessarily, they could have just clipped those shots or whatever into widescreen cause it looks more proffesional, or so says my video teacher.

Okay, I managed to capture the commercial on tape, but I have no such technology to get it online, so what I'm saying will be based on trust. I compared key scenes in the commercial with the pictures online, and I've concluded, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the movie will be in widescreen on CN. Every scene was exactly the same. In fact, none of the English screenings so far have suggested there being any cropped version at all; not the Comic-con clip, not the Jetstream clip (which was squashed, but still had nothing cut from the sides), and neither the official trailor nor CN's commercial. There's still the uncertainty of the DVD itself due to Bulbanews' info on it, but it's safe to say the CN airing, at least, will be in widescreen.
