Pokemon Ranger: The Revenge of Darkrai
Plot:
The date is five years after the incident with Team Dim Sun in Almia was resolved by several Pokemon Rangers. Darkrai was returned to the cave it once lived in, and was kept under very heavy surveilence to make sure nothing else happened with it again. The several Rangers who were involved in the top secret operation, known as "Operation Brighton" continued their Ranger activities, and soon peace settled throughout Almia.
However, Darkrai one day became angry with the humans for keepeing it in the small cave, and began plotting secretly to escape. It submerged its observers in pits of nightmarish darkness, replacing them with copies made with the spirits of the Spiritomb that lived nearby. The spirit copies left Darkrai alone, where it began to imprison Pokemon in nightmares and posess them, creating an army of evil Pokemon that were near impossible to capture with a Capture Syler or even a Poke Ball, and evil humans made from the spirits of Spiritomb.
The army swarmed out of the cave and began plotting to destroy all Pokemon Rangers and take over the region, and later, the world. It is up to several Rangers to stop Darkrai and save the world.

Personality: Cole is friendly most of the time, but gets easily angered and sometimes becomes a bit overemotional. He tends to resort to sarcasm when angry, sometimes yelling or getting angry at people for no reason. Cole is very loyal to his friends, but also shy towards anyone he doesn't know. He is intelligent for his age. Cole is strategic, but also probably the most stubborn person in the world, so he will never give up on an idea of his. He has a fear of heights, unlike most people he knows, and tends not to tell anyone about it because he believes it's embarrasing.
Appearance: Cole has dark brown hair that most see as black. It tends to stick up in some areas of his head, most of the time one strand randomly straightened. He has brown eyes and sometimes wears glasses, but most of the time he wears contacts or neither. Cole is around five feet tall, and very thin. He weighs very little, no matter what he eats. Cole has fair skin that tans very easily and never gets sunburnt. Cole hates the normal Ranger uniform, and he normally wears a crimson or black T-shirt and jeans, with black sandals and his bare feet. He wears a Fire Stone, which is very rare in Almia, around his neck for good luck.
History: Cole grew up in a forest in Almia, living in a log cabin with his parents and two brothers. He was the middle child of the family, and received the least love of the three from his parents. One day Cole decided to run away, taking most of the food in his fridge with him. Cole lived in a different area of the woods aloone for several months, before coming across a Riolu and Growlithe, both of which took an immediate liking to him. Cole left those two Pokemon in the woods for a few months and decided to go to Ranger School, where he was top in the class and graduated early, going on to a Ranger base with his two Partner Pokemon and becoming a high-ranked Ranger. He evolved his two Partners and lived a peaceful life. But how much longer will it stay peaceful?
