So I've done a search on this and it seems like there isn't a thread about this project yet, which is odd seeing how this project will be released in just a couple days.

Anyways, for about three years now or so, this guy that goes by the name of Skotein has been working on many different tracks from the Pokémon games and turning them into an "orchestral version" so-to-speak.

He has made quite a few samples - eleven in all - of music ranging from Kanto to Unova. They sound extremely professional and well-done; he'll be releasing his work on iTunes and Joypad Records on Sunday. As I've been keeping up with his work for the last two years, I'm planning on buying it once it's released.

I'm sure some of you have heard of this, but for those of you that don't, I highly recommend to go and check it out.

Link to his music.

I've listened to a few of the samples before. I thought they sounded really good.

I've listened to some of his orchestrated remixes and yes, they sound good and very professional.

Although I prefer the style of the original tracks.

I listened to his re-orchestration of N's Coronation, and shiver me timbers! I wish it was longer than 47 seconds. I hope he does more of the B/W soundtrack.
