A simple Roleplay.
What is your goal?
Enjoy the roleplaying.
You:
1. Play as a Pokemon
2. Fulfill objectives while working with other players
3. Set your own goals
4. Gain in-game rewards for fulfilling specific missions, like saving a Pokemon or finding a certain item.

RULES:
You may NOT be a Legendary. NO. NO. NO. Especially Sinnoh Creation 4 and Hoenn Weather Trio. Any requests to be a legendary will be refused point-blank.
Be polite. Please. If your character is rude, at least try to keep it clean!

SETTING:
The characters are set in Sinnoh with Platinum's weather, but we MAY change regions someday.
You can be any non legendary Pokemon, but you better have a really good reason to be a Unova Pokemon in Sinnoh.

PAQ (possibly asked questions):

Q: Can I be a legendary?
A: No.

Q: Can I have a was-a-human, now-a-Pokemon backstory like Mystery Dungeon?
A: Yes, IF you can have a good reason to have been changed.

Q: Can I be a pseudo-legendary?
A: No. At the end of the post is a list of banned Pokemon.

Q: Can I have egg moves?
A: That is perfectly fine.

I'm guessing TMs/HMs are permitted since Lickilicky knows Cut.
 
why don't we need the personality and backstory stuff in our sign ups? They're pretty relevent in roleplays... -_-

You may need a better name than "Pokemon Roleplay". Just Saiyan.
 
Houndoom (nicknamed Hel, after one of the Daughters of Loki )

Gender: Female

Appearence: She has the usual Houndoom look, but has a mark on her forehead that looks like this: Awesome symbol.png as a mark of her clan

Personality: Despite being a Houndoom, Hel is surprisingly kind and calm towards others. She always tries to cheer up the others. But beneath her smile is her true sadness and guilt that she always tries to keep hidden.

History: Hel was born into a clan of Houndour and Houndoom that lived in the mountains of the Johto region. When she was very young, Hel ran into a group of Pokémon trainers. They were too strong and frightening to fight, so she fled back to clan. The trainers followed her, and they began to fight and capture the Houndours and Houndooms. All of them were captured, and Hel knew it was her fault. If only she had ran somewhere else, then none of this would have happened. About a month or so later, she was traded away to the Pokémon lab, where she was given to a young Pokémon trainer as a starter Pokémon. Hel hated the kid at first because she blamed humans for what they had done to her. But finally, she grew to like him. Hel got along with his other Pokémon and they always enjoyed battling. Things were starting to turn for her. But everything was too good to last…

On the day Hel evolved into a Houndoom, she, her trainer, and the other three Pokémon were going to celebrate. That was when they were ambushed by Team Rocket grunts. They couldn’t fight them off; her trainer was seriously injured in the attack and all of his Pokémon were taken. Team Rocket left the boy for dead. Hel was thrown into a cage with the others, and every day they were mistreated and abused. But she always had hope that they would make it through. Finally, she couldn’t take it anymore. Hel was determined to get out with the others, and she broke the cage open. She attempted to escape with the others, but they were injured in the fight, and she couldn’t save them. Hel escaped with only minor injuries, and wandered around Johto. It was too risky to save the others, even if she was at her full strength. Hel searched for her trainer, knowing that with the help of him and numerous other trainers, they could end Team Rocket. But when she returned to New Bark Town, her trainer’s hometown, she found his mother mourning over the boy’s death. He died only a few moments after the attack, and his body was discovered three days later. Hel mourned over his death, and she knew that it would be impossible to save the others. She couldn’t bear the shame and guilt of her past, just being in the region brought back too many memories. Hel traveled to the Sinnoh region for a fresh start and a new shot at life…

Moves: Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Bite, and Shadow Ball

Here is mine:
Pidgeot
Backstory: Pidgeot want's to be the fastest pokemon ever and to do that he needs to beat Zapdos the fastest pokemon in the world. So he is on this journey to defeat Zapdos and to become faster then everything.
Moves:Fly, Roost, Arial Ace, and Drill Peck.
Gender:Male
@Pokemaniac Bill; is this backstory ok or too small?

Name: Dusk the Umbreon
Looks: red ringed umbreon with a front left white paw. She does not have a ring on her forehead but she does have bangs that glow like the rings. She has 3 claw marks on her left cheek.
Backstory: Dusk grew up as a sweet eevee but a few days before she evolved in to an Umbreon. Her parents were killed by a pack of Mightyena. She, then, grew to having a great grudge against Mightyena. This caused her, when she evolved, to get Red rings instead of yellow. She, to this day, goes around hunting any Mightyena she can find.
Moves: Shadow Ball, Dark Pusle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack
Gender: Female

Name: Hunter the Riolu
Appearance: An orange scarf around his neck that he got from a former Trainer before running away.
Personality: Hunter is a quiet, intelligent Pokémon with a strong sense of justice. He never lets anything get in the way of his current mission, and will find an honorable means of meeting his ends. He doesn't like accepting help, but knows when he needs it, and always returns favors. He doesn't expect his favors to be returned, and sees what he does as 'Arceus' bidding'. Despite his relentlessness in missions, he is very friendly and compassionate to allies.

History: Hunter lived a normal life until he was captured by an abusive Trainer. His Trainer gave him a scarf to mark him as his 'property', and trained him hard. After months of enduring the harsh treatment, he devised a plan to escape. One night, while his Trainer was asleep, he broke out of his Poké Ball, smashed it, and ran as far away as he could. After his successful escape, he vowed to free fellow Pokémon from abusive Trainers. He wears the scarf to remind himself of everything he's fighting against.
Moves: Hi Jump Kick, Quick Attack, Feint, Counter
