Welcome to my Roll To Dodge. If you dont know what a RTD is; Its a game purely based on dice rolls. You post an action and I (The GM) Uses an RNG to decide what you got. I.e:

Player: I Ask Prof. Oak for a pokemon!
GM: [2] The Prof isnt home.

[1]: Epic Fail. Your efforts only worsened your situation.
[2]: Fail. Your skills or luck were insufficient.
[3]: Meager success: The situation didn't improve by as much as you have intended.
[4]: Success: Your efforts were sufficient to achieve your goal.
[5]: Epic Success: Your skills and luck have combined to ensure your success.
[6]: Overshot: Your efforts were more than required for the goal's completion, and your luck is such that unfortunate side-effects are inevitable.

This is a Nuzlocke, so any pokemon you get, if they faint they die.

Please dont turn it into a stupid thing. It can be fun, but not OTT.
Starts in Kanto.
Complete kanto Elite 4*
Then to Johto
And so on.

So, I hope I do this right.
8:00 AM. I decide today is a good day to start a journey: a pokemon journey. First thing's first, though. I need to get up out of bed, so that's what I make an effort to do.
 
You got it! Although i was expecting you to say "Ask the proffesor for a pokemon" lol.

CO: 2, Well, it works. But you broke an alarm clock. Ironically shaped like a pokeball...
 
So I try to do an action and the GM decides the outcome with the dice? Hmm...

I run to the Professor's Lab and asks for a Bulbasaur to start my quest.
 
I decide to name the Bulbasaur Buba. We get ready to leave but I go to my mom first and ask for running shoes.
 
I wanna try!



I go to the lab and ask the professer for a charmander
 
@Skittypaws; No Roll. You already have shoes you can run in.
@Kantomasta; [3] Sadly he hasnt got any more charmanders, you get a Horsea instead.

RULES CHANGE:
1. NICKNAME ALL POKEMON; Nuzlocke default rule
2. RANDOMLOCKE; Every pokemon you get is randomized. Every pokemon that faints is dead.
3. ONLY FIRST ENCOUNTER ON EVERY ROUTE CAN BE CAUGHT; Defauly Nuzlocke rule.
4. HAVE FUN! or else.
 
I try to make it through route 1 without an encounter so I can buy Pokeballs
 
No roll. You virtually have an unlimited amount of pokeballs.
 
Ah

Walking through the grass, I spot a Pidgey. Can I catch it?
