Pokemon Scramble card game?

Well,they have the layout for the TCG cards for one. But I think it's a crossover with some board game,seeing it looks completely different from the main TCG game. Plus,there is only one move on a card,and in Scramble you can only use 2 attacks. Maybe these cards are usable in both games?
