Taken from Bulbapedia: Genwunner is a pejorative term used to describe fans who dislike elements of the Pokémon franchise released after Generation I (and, to a lesser extent, Generation II). A corruption of "Generation One". Originated from the Transformers fandom's term of "Geewun", where some fans have a similar stance on said franchise. However, fanon terms relating to other generations in the franchise (such as Generations III or IV) are less often used.

Hello! Welcome to my next challenge. In this challenge, I will only use Gen 1 Pokémon. This will severely limit the number of Pokémon I can use down to 151. Here are the rules:
1) I can only use Gen 1 Pokémon. I can use Pokémon that evolve into Gen 1 Pokémon. Also, II can use any Regional Forms of Gen 1 Pokemon.
2) I cannot use the Starter
3) No items in battle
4) No TMs or TRs
5) I must use the same number of Pokémon as each Gym Leader:
Gym 1: 2 Pokémon
Gyms 2 & 3: 3 Pokémon
Gyms 4-8: 4 Pokémon
I will post after each Gym as well as after the League.
I will not be doing the DLC. The challenge ends once I defeat Leon.
Also, catching Eternatus does not count as breaking the rule. I argue that it would only count if I used it in battle, which I won't be.
