Wow so since they didn't even bother localizing this free game for the 3DS, it isn't even compatible with some phones? My smartphone is relatively new... ;_;

I think it's more because of language system incompatability rather than the os problem. This isn't the first time I've been denied access to an application just because my phone doesn't support said language.

It lists a release date for the 3DS version in North America, Australia, and Europe. Are you in South Korea? That's the only place that doesn't list a release.

People were playing the Japanese game in English before it was available internationally, so I'm not sure if this is the issue. So far, Shuffle Mobile only has only been released in Japanese and English (and no other languages).

South Korea's not the only place it hasn't been released, it's just the only one that Bulbapedia includes release dates for that hasn't seen a release yet (it's also not available for Taiwan/Hong Kong 3DS systems). However, I do happen to know Kyriaki is from South Korea (sorry for speaking for you, Kyriaki), so you were correct anyway.
