Chapter 1: Turtwig all the better!
It was 11:00 am in twinleaf town, and yesterday it was Ethan's 10th birthday and now he is eligable to become a pokemon trainer. But there are also other requirements to become a trainer, in sinnoh you must have a pokemon postcard from professer rowan. Ethan was getting his hat on looking at the time on his postcard to pick up his first pokemon: 11:10, Ethan's mother shouted him downstairs for breakfast. Which he ate very fast, rushed out the day and to Sandgem Town. When he arrived rowan was waiting
"Ah Ethan! A little late but still, please pick your pokemon, will it be the grass type Turtwig? the water type Piplup or the fire type chimchar?" Ethan thought over the years of how he was a kid laying with the 3 pokemon then choose his pokemon
"I'd like Turtwig to be my pokemon!" Turtwig became over joyed and jumped to bite Ethan's head. He laughed and Turtwig chewed on his head.
"Well i think its a perfect match, you'll need Turtwig's pokeball" Rowan passed a pokeball "and here are 5 more and the black pokedex you ordered" He handed Ethan a tray with 5 pokeballs, a black pokedex and a badge case.
"Great, ok Turtwig return" a red beam caught Turtwig and sucked it into the pokeball. With that Ethan left, wondering what to do, then relized he left his bag at home, he rushed home again.
"You left your bag here Ethan" His mom said when getting home
"Yeah i did, guess i got too excited i forgot it"
"Well ok, i also packed it with clothes, food, money and a seeping bag" Ethan grabbed his bag and ran out the door.
"Ok, so my journey has now started! So where to go.... I KNOW! I've always wanted to be the best so i'll enter the Sandgem pokemon contest! But Turtwig can't enter on his own, i'll have to catch another pokemon! And i know just the one!" Ethan rushed out to the grass in route 201 looking for the pokemon he wanted. Then he saw it Starly but this one was brown.
"Huh? A Brown Starly, lets see what the pokedex says" Ethan pulled out his dex, ficked it open and turned it on.
"Starly, the starling pokemon, it usually flies in groups of other Starly pokemon, but if it feels strong sometimes it travels alone"
"Yeah but why is the Starly brown?"
"There has been many reports of diffrent coloured pokemon, we call these Shiny Pokemon, they are very rare and should be considered strong"
"Woah, a shiny starly its so mine! Turtwig i choose you!" Ethan threw to pokeball with Turtwig inside it and out popped Turtwig. "Alright i know we can do this Turtwig get ready for your first battle"
