Pokémon Sleep adds yet more Pokémon for your snoozy studies, with Sneasel and Weavile making their debuts in-game December 3rd

Two more Pokémon will soon be sleepwalking onto your mobile devices, with Sneasel and Weavile set to make their debut in Pokémon Sleep from early December. A special Pokémon Befriending Bundle will also be made alongside this debut. Pokémon Sleep has also issued notices regarding some recent in-game bugs.

Sneasel and Weavile will appear for Sleep Research that concludes after December 3rd, at 3:00pm local time. Both Pokémon are Dozing type

Sneasel and Weavile are both Dark-type Pokémon, and will appear at both Greengrass Isle and the Snowdrop Tundra.. As of writing, no details have been given yet about what specialty or Main Skill these Pokémon will have. As with other Dark-type Pokémon, Sneasel and Weavile collect Wiki Berries, and have the Dozing sleep type, which corresponds to the "awake" or "light sleep" phase of a sleep cycle.

Pokémon Befriending Bundle (Sneasel) Vol. 1
This special Bundle will be made available from the in-game store on Tuesday December 3rd, at 6:00am (UTC). These bundles will then remain available for a little under a week, ceasing sale on Tuesday December 10th at 3:59am (UTC).

A single Pokémon Befriending Bundle (Sneasel) Vol. 1 can be purchased by each Sleep Researcher, for 1,500 diamonds. Each bundle will contain:

• Great Biscuit ×7
• Poké Biscuit ×7
• Sneasel Incense ×2
• Sneasel Candy ×60

Crash Bugs currently under investigation, Sleep Research Bugs Now Resolved
A notice put out yesterday by the developers of Pokémon Sleep acknowledged a bug which could occur under certain conditions, where players opening the General Ship screen, their Bag, their Mission Rewards, and some other screens could receive an error after which their game would no longer proceed. As of writing, this issue is still under investigation. No explicit statements have been made about if any specific kinds of devices are more vulnerable to this issue, or if there is something specific triggering the problem.

A separate notice put out today, at 8:20am (UTC), has stated that Pokémon Sleep has resolved a bug in which Sleep Research was not working properly under certain conditions. This bug was apparently resolved along with the recent Version 2.2.0 update. All Sleep Researchers who were impacted by this bug will receive the following items in their in-game Gift Box as compensation:

• Sleep Point ×300
• Luck Incense ×1
• Focus Incense ×1
