I know the start-up of PSB (As I shall refer to it from now on) has not begun, but with the plot still not fully decided, it's a perfect time to give me some. That's pretty much the main thing this thread will be used for until the Start-up begins on Thursday.

I'm putting up a poll for the general theme of the plot right now, for people who don't want to actually post in the thread.

Any ideas?
 
I voted for both.

The whole scenario seemed suspicious to begin with, so it would be natural to confirm everyone's suspicions. Plus, I personally love RPing as human-Pokemon fusions. The idea may be a tad bit overused, but honestly, I like it way too much to care.
 
The fusion concept is pretty overused, but the two choices in my poll are my only ideas at this point. Writers block is annoying, even when you're only coming up with a RP.
 
I would say from the name that it's harder being telepathically-linked than it seems, like, overcurious Pokemon. But the Prof. idea is good, too
 
S'alright. Different people have different interests and opinions. I was just throwing in my two cents. Honestly, I can't come up with anything else, either. I would be perfectly fine with any of the options up there, and I would probably be fine with an alternate plotline that something might suggest. But at this present moment, I've got nothing.
 
Okay, what do you mean by the fusion part? Because if it's gijinka (Where the human has the Pokemon features and powers), yeah, is pretty over-used. Buuuuttt what if the human became the Pokemon? Like, you are now in the mind of your Pokemon and it has some of your physical features?

Might sound pretty retarded, but I'm just doing my part, chipping in ^w^
 
Hmm... I think I just came up with another idea.

The RP is called Soul Bonds, right? That would mean TWO souls, as in the human AND the Pokemon. So if they were fused together, that would be like the human and Pokemon sharing one body. Could be pretty interesting.

Now, when it comes to the personality of the fusion, it could come in two flavors.

1: The human and Pokemon occasionally switch control, and their personalities change accordingly.

2: The personality is more of a mixture of the human and Pokemon, rather than spontaneously changing back and forth.
 
Okay, this thread is officially open to OOC posts and general discussion! Well, it was as soon as the Start-up began, but you know...
