Pokemon Soul Silver: Dubious Disk?

I'm looking to evolve a porygon 2 into a porygon-z, but I need a dubious disk from someone. Is anyone willing to help me out? I don't have many rare pokemon but I'm willing to look around and do what I can. You can pm me if you're interested.
 
You can get a Dubious Disk in SoulSilver by going into the eastern entrance of Mt. Mortar and using Rock Climb near the beginning.
