So anyways, in the lastest episodes of the FRLG episodes, while Yellow was reading Red's mind, I think she mentioned a connection between Red and Deoxys. Which... is interesting to think about.

Was Red's DNA used to create Deoxys? If so, how and why?

Is Red actually a Deoxys in disguise? (I hope not...)

Maybe Red is destined to become Deoxys's trainer?

PokeSpe Deoxys is basically being presented as Mewtwo 2.0. Team Rocket stole alien DNA from a space expedition made from Mossdeep and turned it into a Pokemon.
