now there is a request i done for bayleef in PC

thats my first computer drawn manga chara

And this is green being some cool guy

I like Pokemon Special, but these pictures really need improvement. The shapes are really unclear, you should really try to work them out and make them look like real persons. The pictures need more dept and more shading and Green looks to much like Gary, essecially his cloths, althought they are two really different persons, with really different cloths.

And try to changes your pictures to jpg next time, it makes them a lot smaller and they are easier to work with

Uh....no offense meant, but don't quit your day job.

Also, just try to keep drawing and study other peoples' styles. I'm getting to be able to draw pretty good by doing that.

Thanks for the comment, i hope your art will be the best.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT! I'LL PROVE THAT I CAN DRAW BETTER THAN YOU WHEN I GET A SCANNER!

Hey, if you can't stand critism, it's your problem, not mine. And maybe you need a few anger manegmend lessons? Caps really look unprofesional. Look I've said this to you before in the fiction forum thread, you post something, you can expect comments. Drawing with a mouse is difficult, but I've really sen some better work comming of it

I like your artwork, although it's a bit sloppy. You should use the Text option on your program so you can type out text instead of drawing it on with the paintbrush. If you want to make Red's eyes more circular, use the circle shape. You should use the Line shape with the hair as well, and maybe make the outlines thinner, or delete them completely.

Oh please, don't get mad when someone offers constructive criticism. And someone typing in all caps is really annoying and makes you look immature. I am also aware that it's hard to draw on a computer, and I draw better by hand too, but don't explode on people because they pick out a few things wrong with your art.

All you need though is practice. Try focusing on what your good at and develop it. Once you have developed it, try challenging yourself with other skills. I suck at drawing and the only thing I can draw is Yellow's Hat XD. But dont ask me about Sprite Refurbrishing.

o_O DUDE, I don't see why you can't just accept the critisism and try better next time... yeesh <_<

^_^;; well, you did say you did say it was your first but I think that that red picture is pretty cool though.

Using a mouse though, I guess you just need to get use to using it. The Zoom is the best feature for making pictures. Your coloring is nice with the shades chosen.

ALSO I THINK I SHOULD SAY THIS ^_^;; JPGs a really good (also so are pngs and gifs) but, lol, NEVER CONVERT THEN IN MS PAINT. It craps up the picture quality 100 folds. (this you may already know though). Go to download.com and find a good free converter.

A scaner would be cool though (I'm intrested in what your hand drawn pictures look like), I think they can run from 50 to 100 bucks now so it might not be too expensive... However I find that I myself don't really scan as much as I computer hand draw now. Since you can already draw, it'll probably take a week or so to get use to just practice. (use the guide shapes, to help, that's what I do)

And one more thing, if your using a roller mouse, switch to lazer, the no stick is a life saver with accuratly drawing and coloring pixils. They run from 10 to 15 for the cheapest, anything more expensive isn't really needed.

Hopefully this helps some. Keep up the good work! ^_-

Using MSPaint is hard because of the mouse...but practice makes perfect... especially the guy who drew this...

Question! Did you draw that? If not, please give credit where it's due, by removing the attachment from your post, and replacing it with a hyperlink to the page it is contained on (not the file itself), instead.

*goes to tweak rules for this situation*

Also, for some of you: Keep this thread flame-free, or I will close it. ^^; Thanks~

see, i'em really happy, i think i improved alot. and did i say alot? ok then alot.

It certainly improved, and I esspecially like the way you drew his hair. It's nice to see some shading in it, but I think the shading on the hat's a bit to dark. Just add a little less black to the color next time, should work fine, like the shading you used on his pants :-) His spencer looks really well done, the shape of his pants and leggs can become somewhat better. All I can say about it that you should practice a lot with your mouse, make sure that you can control it all the time and never use a touch-pad mouse (the ones used on note-books) when drawing, they are really hard to use (I'm using one right now ;-) )Maybe you should shade the right-leg part of his pant somewhat more (so left at the picture) it looks kinda flat right now, well everthing else got much more dimension.

O, and do you alway draw blank faces?

Wow, that is an improvement from the others ^^! I think just a bit of touching up on it would make it really good, just proportionalizing it a bit more, most of the improvement needed is on the waist and lower.
About the face being blank @.@ I do that also, but thats just cause I don't draw the eyes that well ^^ its all in the eyes.. yes.. the eyes.. okay ^^ thats all XD
