Ok, so I recently read the summary for the VS Jirachi Part 2, and now I'm convinced that Scott is Guile. I've got nothing to back this up, but still, I like to dream.

Anyone else have ideas on whom Guile truly is?

As for Norman and Steven, I hope they die, I don't like either of them. >_>

And woo, Giovanni VS Red! Giovanni is obviously going to win at this point, but it'll be intresting to see.

That thought crossed my mind but Scott was talking to the press while the battle was going on.
 
Pryce was always in more than one place at once - ice clones are awesome.
