Pokemon tcg online playable on tablets?

Can the pokemon tcg online be played on tablets? I've tried downloading it on my android phone with no success and I'm getting the galaxy tab 4 soon. Unfortunately, I don't want a pc and I'm hoping I can play this on a tablet. Anyone know if this is possible?

I have yet to play it but Iam aware that it is a 133mb download optimised for either a 32bit of 64bit windows operating system.

To my knowledge most Windows tablets run a 16bit operating system and usually have a sub - par processor

I think PC is your only option here although you could just get some cheapo netbook which will have the apropriate software and processing power
