Pokemon that deserve to be in a higher tier (like going from UU to OU).

Mew, Registeel, Victini, and Shaymin. (All in UU, should be in OU, if not Uber)

Personally I don't think there's anything in UU that should be OU. At least not anymore, since Keldeo, Latias, Landorus, Kyu-Black, the Deoxys formes etc all moved up from UU/BL the other week. I guess Hippowdon maybe, but that's probably the only one, and Hippo is really useful in UU so it would be a shame if it did actually move up. The ones suggested by Shiny Ditto above shouldn't be OU (and definitely in no way are they Uber).
 
There is going to be some things moving up to OU (obviously). The tiers aren't finalized and we're still seeing shifting, but I don't think a lot of things will see a jump up honestly. Maybe Florges and Salamence but even those arn't for sure. I'd say just wait for the UU suspect testing.
 
Yeah since the change to 1760 stats it's pretty much good. The only stuff left to question is what will stay in BL (Hydreigon and pals, Scolipede, Staraptor) and what will be reintroduced to UU (Weavile, MAYBE Gothitelle, Hawlucha, Crawdaunt and Diggersby, almost certainly Klefki if the Swagger ban passes).
 
Benefiting from both the Knock Off and Defog buffs, as well as the Hidden Power nerf improving its (relative) coverage (and, of course, its old standby: unpredictability), Mew definitely has increased utility this generation and could hypothetically make the jump up to OU - but it doesn't need to.

Mew hasn't become game-breaking, over-centralizing, or uncompetitive in UU, and really those should be the only reasons to consider moving something up (since it's not like you aren't allowed to use UU pokemon in OU).
