pokemon that have no evolutionary form yet, will they be created in the 5th gen?

I was wondering if anyone agrees that in the fifth generation some older pokemon will be getting new evolutionary forms, such as farfetch'd and ditto(but that would probably be a bigger pink blob) but also useless pokemon such as dunsparce must have something planned for them, at least thats what i think, maybe lapras, that would be badass.
