Pokemon that learn HMs!

I was looking around in bulbapedia at one of my fav pokemon, rayquaza, and I noticed in its moveset it learns Fly!
So I decided to list some other pokemon that learn other HMs:

Fly: Rayquaza and Salamance.
Flash: Volbeat.
Whirlpool: Shellder, Mudkip, Wailmer, Wailord, Clamperl, Huntail, Gorebyss, Piplup, Prinplup, Empoleon, Buziel, Floatzel, Finneon, Lumineon, Phonie and Manaphy.
Waterfall:Goldeen and Seaking.
Rock Smash: Sawk.
Defog: Ducklett, Swanna, Rufflet, Braviery, Vullaby and Mandibuzz.
Rock Climb: Venipede, Whirlipede, Scolipede, Scraggy, Scrafty, Ferrothorn and Druddigon.
Dive: Seel, Dewgong, Wailmer, Wailord, Huntail, Gorebyss, Relicanth, Phonie and Manaphy.

Thats all the pokemon that can learn a HM.(I think). Tell me if I missed one. :awww:
Or tell me if you think pokemon should or shouldn't learn HMs. :dumb:
Or if one of these pokemon shouldn't learn a HM.

You're missing a lot. Volcarona for example can also learn fly. Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Mareep, and several more can learn flash, and you're missing HMs. I don't see cut, strength, or surf.

I haven't checked yet, but I think he means Pokemon that learn it naturally... Oh, and Ferrothorn shouldn't learn Rock Climb.

Oops. My bad :sweatlol: Ferrothorn does learn Rock Climb though through leveling up.

To see what Pokemon learn HMs naturally, and say if we think if it is reasonable or not.

I think it's perfectly reasonable, that way, you don't have to sacrifice a moveslot on one of your other Pokemon to use the move, especially with something like Rock Climb, Waterfall, etc. I hate it when I have to delete a move for an HM, why not have a Pokemon that learns it naturally?

Umm, how is this weird, again? Is it unusual for Rayquaza to know Fly by level-up? Or Seaking with Waterfall? Nope.
