In bulbapedia I've crossed the tier pages and found it a bit weird the way Pokémon are organized... I think there is an overdivision of Pokémon in there... Real overpowering Ubers are those with a base stats total of over 600 that completly overcome comon Pokémon that are frequently used like the starters... If Dragonite, Salamence, Garchomp and Celebi aren't Ubers why is Mew and Manaphy??? It's true that Mew can learn every attack but still is defeatable... He can only have 4 attacks like every other Pokémon, the ability is Syncronise which is not that special, there are other Pokémon with it... Anyway tell me what do you think...
